But having purchased from that dealer in 2026 I hope a recent review can help steer them in the right direction. The good; Customer service was good. There's been much worse, I can speak on the salesman personally, Jalen, who went out of his way to sell me a vehicle.Teaching me briefly on manual driving , being able to deliver my car and give me a reasonable discount. The bad; The car I brought didn't seem to have too much care and they just wanted it off the lot. Power steering fluid was low, and the inside smelled very used. Not even an air freshener. I still took the car because I work on them and don't mind some extra work but for the average car buyer I can see this being a turn off. The ugly; While I mentioned they provided a discount, they added in a $300 charge for some safety/security feature that you can't opt out of. They claim is reduces your insurance but in my experience it has only saved me mere cents. Being it's also a manual I don't expect this car to be stolen anytime soon. Overall, I'd recommend this dealer if you're buying cash and know what exactly you're looking for. Based off my experience I'd recommend more care to the vehicle being sold to me, it's a bad look for them if the vehicle I'm test driving can't even steer properly and smells like someone's rear end.

Matt was so kind and patient with my questions. I am disabled with chronic nerve pain and he just explained everything to me wonderfully!!! He gave me a time that he could be at my home and even said that if there was snow overnight then the time could be a little different!!! He also told me that he would call me when he was on his way and said that would be a call about 20-30 minutes from arrival at my house. He called this morning as he said and was here at 12 noon!!! After numerous calls and excuses OnStar enlisted the services of All Tow out of Bensalem at approx 7:30. They called to notify us that they were in route and arrived 45 minutes later like a Knight on a white horse. They were very professional and quite polite.
