The lack of alignment throughout the process made it difficult to feel confident in how the work was being executed. While unlimited revisions were offered, the revisions did not move closer to the required outcome, and I did not have time to continue an open-ended process without progress. In the end, the project did not deliver what was agreed upon, resulting in a loss of both time and $300.
