The entire session took barely 30 minutes -- no soaking, minimal cuticle work, and zero nail clean-up. There was no massage, no hot towel -- nothing that would justify the price or even qualify as a proper pedicure. She clearly seemed rushed. In fact, the client who was there before me was still being helped when I left. The gel was applied sloppily, with polish all over the skin, and the overall result looked rushed and careless. I paid $51 and tipped $7 -- mostly because I didn't get a chance to inspect everything closely, and frankly felt pressured by the owner's impatient attitude and pointed looks. As expected, the gel started peeling off within 10 days. Gel polish is supposed to last at least three weeks, so this speaks for the quality (or lack thereof). Places like this feel more like assembly lines -- quick in, quick out, and zero attention to detail. Sadly, this wasn't even my first disappointment here. I came back out of desperation, but this was absolutely the last time.

I called yesterday and spoke to the owner and he was so sweet on the phone. We were greeted immediately, showed the selection of gel colors since that's what we were going with and offered a chocolate while we browsed the colors! Once seated, he also brought over bottles of water. We both opted for the classic spa pedicure which was $40, and an additional $15 for gel polish. It was a really great pedicure. Next time I'm going to try the jelly pedicure as I haven't seen anywhere that does that! Clean, bright, spacious, and again the most friendly staff and throughout job. They also offer coupons for your next visit if you pay in cash!

I've always had quality sets, quality service, and been treated with the utmost respect by the owner and all of the workers. I have never had a bad experience at this salon and I likely never will. They are consistently excellent. I leave feeling refreshed mentally and loving my nails. Side note - they did my engagement nails! (the pink cat-eye! - I had no idea) I wouldn't go anywhere to do my nails for this milestone. I'm glad they got to be part of the scheme.

The business prefers cash, and there's an ATM on premises. The storefront is in a strip mall, which has private parking. There's a diner next door for your man to wait for you.
