Terrible experience with customer service. Staff would not identify themselves. Nick NEVER responded to email questions or voicemails. They give you a lot of information on the phone and then tell you they have it recorded and YOU MISSED IT, IT'S YOUR FAULT YOU WEREN"T PAYING ATTENTION when you actually call back and question them. The date you give for pick up is actually the date they send an order for some random truck driver to take the order. They do nothing to see that a driver is actually going to pick it up. Agree with the others about the bait and switch. My price went up $350 from the quote to the order. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Their website brags being better than other companies. What a joke. Be VERY careful. Wayne would promise you the world. He would say; "yes, i have you covered" "yes, we can pick it up on that date" and then will ask for $150 deposit. I paid the deposit and he even said "here is my cellphone number so that we can text and be in touch so i can help you with anything that comes up". He said the driver would get in touch 24 hours before the move. when nobody called i texted Wayne. He said he was still trying to find a driver and that everything was going to be fine. When the time came nobody showed up and my car was NOT picked up. Be VERY careful before you rely on them. They don't have their own drivers. Webster Hauling is basically a dispatcher and he may or may not be able to move your car. Just know that when you go with them you are gambling. read more

Contracted the $150 with Wayne to get a truck hauled to me. After over a week, and still no driver, and no contact either, I contacted Wayne to cancel. Wayne insisted on keeping the entire $150 even though no driver had been found or contracted. Even though he still refuses to refund me for no services being rendered, I wanted to post this to make sure no one else makes the same mistake. I may not get my money back, but I suspect this will cost them more than $150 in lost business due to the poor business practice. I do not enjoy writing negative reviews and rarely do it. However, in this case, I feel compelled to write a negative review in the hopes that other customers may avoid a situation like mine. Bottom line with Wecartransport: avoid at all costs. Three reasons explain my negative review. First, my vehicle arrived damaged. Wecartransport hired an unreliable, dishonest company to transport my vehicle as part of a military move. The car arrived damaged, dirty and missing a roof bar. Several large scratches were visible on the car. A large scratch and damaged paint were visible where the roof rack was positioned. Second, the company did next to nothing to reimburse the cost of damages or the loss of the roof bar. I asked for repair costs and or replacement of my roof bar and the company flatly denied my request. Third, the company's customer service in dealing with this situation was nonexistent. Eventually, the company even stopped answering my emails and phone calls. In my view, this company cares more about their bottom line than treating their customers fairly. Avoid at all costs and go with a different company. Unfortunately, I will also be addressing my concerns to the Better Business Bureau. read more

I would highly encourage you to not use this service. If you can find more professional service and go with that one. The price that was quoted was not the price that was honored. There were additional fees at the time of pick up and so many inconsistencies with things that were being told. I regret using the service and will never do it again. I did ask for expedited service but nothing was fast about this process. I was told that my car would be the first to be delivered and it was the last. I am not sure why I was charged a premium when that did not end up being the service that was provided. I feel as if I was scammed out of extra money for nothing. Wayne also did not mention that there would be an additional charge for having items in my car so when the driver came I was charged an extra $100. I signed a contract for $700 for moving my car from Norman, Ok to Buffalo, NY. I paid a down payment of $150. Before signing the contract, they were very nice and promised my car will be picked up soon and first pickup date was 17-Mar. After I signed the contract, the niceness was no where to be seen. Every time I used to call them for asking when my car will be picked up, the guy will start saying if you want an early pickup you will have to pay more (~$900 to $1000). Being a student that was a huge change for me and I categorically told him that I cant afford it. However when he kept pressing this I asked "HOW MUCH MORE IT WILL CHARGE AND HOW EARLY HE CAN MAKE IT HAPPEN". The intention was only to find out if I can afford that extra price or not. On 22nd march I got a text that my car has been assigned to a driver. NOWHERE IT WAS MENTIONED THAT THE PRICE HAS BEEN INCREASED. On 24th the driver picked up my car. On 28th he delivered the car to me in Buffalo. To my utter surprise, he started started asking $750 and was showing me his contract. I also showed him my contract of $700 ($150 paid in advance and pending $550). However he was not ready to listen to me and said either pay $750 or he will not give the car. It was a Sunday so Webster Hauling did not answer the call. I was forced to give me $750 to get my car and I BORROWED MONEY FROM MY FRIEND. However, the driver told me "WEBSTER HAULING DOES IT OFTEN AND CHEAT PEOPLE". The driver had such experience in the past when he had a different contract and customer had a different one. I will not say it was the mistake of driver. He was also kept in dark like me. On Monday when I contacted the Webster Hauling, the guy was very rude and said I agreed to $900 OVER CALL. I was like are you kidding me? As I mentioned before, I just asked for inquiry purpose and never said yes. If there is an increase in price, they should mention that in writing and not assume on their own that customer will be ok. They did not send me any revised contract or for that matter anything in written. They just assumed that I will be ok paying $200 extra. After I asked him again and again he kept saying I confirmed on call so he did that which is not true. At the end of the day, I felt cheated and betrayed. Being a student it was difficult for me arrange $700 and then had to borrow extra $200 money from my friends. I WILL SUGGEST EVERYONE NOT TO WORK WITH WEBSTER HAULING DUE TO LACK OF HONESTLY AND FEAR OF BEING CHEATED. read more

The Webster hauling company proved an excellent choice for us. We inherited car of a friend who died in Minnesota and had to get the car to Oregon. We are in our 70s and had never done this before. Amanda was very helpful, gave excellent advice, and set up estimates from 10 companies to move the car. We chose one and Nick kept in touch with us through the process. The car was picked up in Minnesota and 1500 miles later was delivered on time and in good condition in Oregon. Webster Hauling kept us reassured and relaxed through it all--very important to people who had never done this before. Their rates are extremely reasonable. Wayne did an excellent job shipping three vehicles from Texas to Virginia short notice. They bailed me out after I had been booked with another carrier for about three weeks and the pick up date came and went with no action other than them asking for additional money. I cancelled with them on Monday then I called Wayne. He took the time to explain to my why my vehicles did not move and told me no kidding how much would get them to move. I called him back on Tuesday, to set up shipping . Within one hour he called me back and told me a truck would be there on Wednesday night and the three vehicles would be in Virginia Friday morning at 0800 hrs My vehicles were loaded Wednesday night and my agent picked up them Friday morning as promised with zero concerns. The experience from my initial call to final delivery was very professional. No issues at all, best car shipping experience I have ever had. I contracted with weber hauling aka wecartransport and it was a total waste of time. They emailed me a quote but when I called to set it up it was actually higher even with after applying a military discount which was not in the original quote. Needless to say the car sat there for over 2 weeks and has not been picked up to this day. I just now called and wrote a request to cancel the order and refund my deposit. I will never ever use this company again to transport a vehicle for me from one state to another or even across the street.! will not ever recommend them either! I was charged for tolls in the upstate N.Y. area, and I don't even live there, nor have I ever driven across upstate N.Y. (Rochester, Syracuse, Utica, Canandaigua). On October 7th my vehicle was picked up from Massachusetts by a company that Wayne Webster hired to transport my vehicle. They delivered my vehicle to me in the State of Nevada on October 14th. Several months went by until late February (22nd) when I returned my lease vehicle. The dealership wouldn't allow me to do any transactions or get another vehicle until I paid nearly $50 in unpaid tolls. Upon making an effort to full pay the rest of my lease so I can go into a finance is when Hyundai discovered the unpaid tolls. This was the first time I had any knowledge of this. I was finally emailed an EZ Pass (N.Y.) document from Hyundai after hours of phone time trying to get a hold of somebody who would provide me with something to go by. In March I contacted Wayne Webster and spoke to his accountant named Amanda. She told me to email Wayne Webster with the documents and my information and the company he hired would cut me a check. I had to call him a few days later to make sure he got the email after no calls from him and he told me that he would reach out to the company and to give him one week. One week went by and I had to call him again. He told me that he had been calling and they weren't getting back to him. Then he called while I was on the line with him and got a hold of them. They said they had an EZ Pass for N.Y., and Wayne told me that they were right and that I had to contact the State of N.Y.. They may have an EZ Pass, but was it active, was it paid up, did they have enough funds on it, was it expired, did somebody drive my vehicle, etc,... For a whole week I have been calling EZ Pass State of N.Y. Tolls Line (800.333.Toll) and keep getting disconnected because the lines are highly flooded or backed up. This situation has been going on since October of 2021 and caught me by surprise in late February of 2022. By the way the name of the company that Wayne Webster used to transport my vehicle is named "K1 EXPRESS". My next course of action is the better Better Business Bureau and then and Attorney. Seems to me that the companies involved should be paying me back and they should be contacting the State of N.Y., not me! read more

Really, really, really bad. They come in with the lowest quote and then proceed to drag you along for weeks without actually moving anything. Their fee is $150 and only half of that is refundable when you are eventually forced to cancel and find another broker who can actually deliver. When I needed to ship my vehicle from California to Florida, the stress of moving my vehicle was put to ease with the help of Webster Hauling. The total cost for transport was $1150. Although a pick up and delivery date could not be guaranteed; Gary walked me through the process and explained how the brokers and drivers work together to provide a speedy transportation service. My 2015 Camry was picked up on Saturday (two days from my requested date of pickup) and arrived at my new home on Thursday morning (two days earlier than predicted). The driver kept me informed with the scheduled pick up and delivery times; he communicated when he would be arriving and he showed up at my doorstep on time. We didn't like the terms in the contract, never signed it out. yet our credit card was charged. Now we are forced to go to credit card company. I needed a car shipped, I talked to broker Wayne the owner of Weber Hauling. He told me if I needed to I could cancel my order with no charges applied, because I was unsure of needing his service, as I was already waiting to hear back from another company. After telling him I didn't need his service I received a charge even though I had NOT SIGNED the contract. the fee I that was charged was in the contract that I had not agreed to and didn't sign. I called him multiple times explaining I had been charged, and he promised a refund, but refund was never given. I called back and he started ignoring my calls, I finally got thru using different phone, and he lied and told me he wouldn't give me the refund, and wouldn't even let the trucking company know there wouldn't be a car for them to pick up. Had multiple witnesses hear him over speaker phone that he would refund me. he went as far as ignoring my phone calls and hanging up on me. Im currently trying to get a hold trucking company he brokerd out to, so they don't actually show up for no reason. to save them a trip for nothing. In conclusion he is very dishonest, and IMHO a scam artist. What he did is frankly illegal, and hopefully fraudulent charges will go thru on my credit card company. read more
