The staff at this practice is excellent. Dr. Willey herself is an outstandiing physician. She is friendly, attentive, candid and compassionate. She uses a conservative approach in treatment: Starts at the least invasive approch and moves from there as circumstances demand. She has a superior educational background and medical experience. I cannot overstate how fortunate I have been to have Dr. Willey as my physician for 9 years.

I've been going to this practice for 23 years, and Dr. Scott Schaeffer has been our family Dr. In…read moremy opinion, Dr. Schaeffer, and the NPs that I've seen over the years, are all top notch people, who carefully listen to your concerns, then clearly explain your options for treatment. As far as medical professionals are concerned, I rate them as A-1! Now for the office staff. First of all, I admit that I almost left this practice several years ago because of the poor "people skills" exhibited by a few of the people working there. I made my complaints known to the individuals involved, and their supervisors, and I was pleased to see that the bad actors were eventually weeded out. I believe the current staff does a good job of handling the administrative and personnel issues, but in a busy practice such as this one, there's always room for improvement when it comes to dealing with patients. If there is rudeness or incompetence on the part of anyone on the office staff, I think it's important that, as patients, we tell the individuals (and our doctors) that we are not happy with the way we are being treated. As far as being "put on hold" when you call in, that's common practice in many busy office environments these days. Whenever I call in they usually ask, "Can you hold please?" And then say, "Thank you." when you say yes. I don't consider it a problem, but I know it can be frustrating at times to have to wait.
