Neither time has been positive and I will not use them again…read more Thankfully I caught them before they used the wrong carrier, but I've now had to call overseas three or four times. The rude and unhelpful person I spoke with today refused to even give me my receipt. These people are terrible. He also refused to give me the owners name and I have now reached out to the office of MBE global to file a complaint about this location. Too many of these franchises have appalling service and rude workers. They over charge and under serve time and again. Will try to find someone better as I don't want to give them any More of my business.
