This was very surprising for so called web design experts. Surely they could do better and should know how important load time is. This was a representation of them and their company. Instead of just not responding, I emailed him back to let him know of my observations hoping that they could use the feedback to better it for future prospects. But, he can back with insults and said that I was only complaining instead. Solidified my decision to not use them considering how they take feedback and speak to potential customers. I would beware if I were you.
