Maybe it was a language barrier, but they made no effort to help me with the menu, even though I attempted to order in German. Two different staff members just stared at me blankly and were not welcoming. I read off the menu (which had no English on it) so they knew exactly what I was trying to order and still made it difficult. When I wanted to pay my bill they took ages and kept saying "one minute". Only when I said I would leave or I'd miss my bus did they send someone to take my payment. Much nicer options in Reutte but I was limited due to arriving later than planned.
