there quick to charge u for test but when u call for info about ur glasses or test result they well put u on hold over and over one time i was on hold for 25 minutes to get told they would call me back but never do im looking for new place and it sad cuz im spouse to trust them with my kids read more

After an appointment I'd been to, at which I'd asked her assistant to please stop pulling on my eyelashes to help get a contac lens on, as I'm driving away, she calls me and starts yelling at me about how I treated her assistant. She continued yelling for a couple of minutes. I'm wondering what I did. I couldn't believe my ears. I did go back to get my contacs, but I have never darkened her door again. So many Karens and Chads (the male version of Karen) on here. It's sad that folks post things to be "influencers," or to "go viral," or be "local guides," or be just plain rude . I am a retired Logistics/ Transportation professional and Photographer from Conway, Arkansas. In 2023, I had a TIA Stroke while on location in Las Vegas. A friend of mine called me, and told me of Dr. Webb and her Staff, and the wonderful things they do for people with vision issues in Downtown Pearcy, Arkansas. From the moment my wife and I walked thru the door, we felt like we were family. It didn't take long until we actually looked forward to the drive from Conway to Pearcy (nearly 90 miles) to see our dear friends once a week for 12 weeks. Professional? That depends on you. I HATE the quiet of a doctors office, and people acting like you're attending a funeral. I am not a number at Dr. Webb's office.....I am a human being. If you were here and heard the staff laughing and having fun, that's a GOOD THING. To me, that means they enjoy what they do and feel comfortable being themselves. An office should be a pleasant place....not a place where folks are told to be quiet. I may even have been one of the folks you mistook for staff....because I am just a tad bit mouthy myself. Did they mind? No. They allowed - and encouraged - me to be myself. Soooooo.....in closing, maybe the real issue with Dr. Webb and her wonderful staff of fine people is NOT them..... but YOU. Never in my life have I ever left an eye appointment feeling so defeated and quite frankly poor. Even when going back the next day to to and fix the problems from my appointment the day before. I was treated like I had no idea what I was talking about even when I had to pull my benefits up myself to show what was covered. I am saddened by they way I was treated both days. read more

To be 100% transparent, Dr. Webb is great, her staff is friendly enough and are caring. However, I had an appointment 2 weeks ago. I have received 3 texts that my glasses were ready and another that I was due for an eye appointment after I had already had one. Come to pick up my glasses (1 pair of everyday glasses and 1 pair of prescription sunglasses.) My everyday glasses were ready when I got here, but the prescription sunglasses weren't. They changed locations further away from me and where I work also so it looks like I'll be looking for another eye doctor. I have now been here for 48 minutes waiting for my glasses that were supposed to be done in 15 minutes. This has also caused me to be late for work, thus the 1-Star. At this point, I would give 0 stars if I could. Oh and let's not forget I was supposed to have a prescription called in 2 weeks ago that still hasn't been done either. read more

Dr. Webb is great and she's been my children's eye doctor for years. My issue is with her staff. I ordered my child's contacts through them probably about two months ago. I haven't received them until now. I called their office about maybe 2.5 weeks ago to check status and spoke to someone who told me she would check on it and get back with me, no one ever got back with me. I called again to check on it about 3-4 days after initial follow up call and someone told me she is checking on it and will get back with me. Well, until now no one got back with me and I receive no contacts still. If they failed to order the contacts, they should still let me know so I can get it somewhere else. My kid needs it! We're going to find another eye doctor but its not because of Dr. Webb's actions because she's always very nice and detailed but because of her staff's careless actions. read more

My family have been long standing patients of Dr Webb. I decided to bring my disabled fiance to get new glasses due to all my great past experiences with Dr Webb and her staff. Dr Webb was wonderful as usual but her front end staff need more training in customer service. The lady that was to help my fiance pick a new pair of frames for his glasses was unprofessional, rude, short one word responses, and acted like we weren't supposed to ask questions. On top of that, when we paid she literally snatched the monies from my hand. I was so embarrassed because I had told my fiance so many good things about this place, only to be treated like we were unimportant and bothersome. After we recieve his new glasses (if we do) I feel like it's time to find another eye doctor. It did not feel good to be treated in such a manner. Dr Webb is a great doctor but some of her staff are terrible. read more

I don't like their new set up, when you walk in you sign into a computer over video chat with someone else. The room is quiet so everyone can hear your information. They told me my glasses would take 2 weeks and they took 2.5 weeks. When I went to get them it was the wrong prescription and they told me I have to wait another week. This is the second time they put the wrong prescription in my glasses. read more

I wish there was a way to rate this place lower. They've cancelled two hours before an appointment, rescheduled, cancelled that, & given me the wrong date for my appointment TWICE & told me that I was the one that had it wrong when I made sure I had the correct date. Seriously the worst experience with this place. I highly recommend nobody waste their time on this place. read more
