I have had regular problems with their service. The latest debacle with the hardware problems at the server farm where my site was either down, or they had reposted an old version from March 2013, and kept reposting the old version telling me it was correct; was the last straw. Whomever is running this company should terminate themselves immediately, and turn the company over to someone who knows hardware needs upgrading proactively, and not only after it breaks. They cost me somewhere in the neighborhood of $10,000 in revenue for taking down my business website, embarrassed me in my business community after having fielded dozens of emails from clients wondering why my website was not up which instills fear in people who wonder if I am having financial difficulties and can't pay my bills; and I had to pay my webmaster a few thousand dollars to work around the clock to fix this mess, transfer my site to a more professional and stable host, and to spend every waking hour of his last 3 days updating my site and attempting to rebuild data, blog posts and recent edits we made to the site. If you want unstable, unreliable, and uncertain web hosting, these are the folks for you. If you want something stable and reliable run by professionals, look elsewhere. read more
