This review is purely based off the picking up experience. The floor mats I have bought in the past have always been good. The process to pick up at the store is beyond ridiculous. They have 50 people meandering around this place and it takes 30 minutes to give me my order YOU TOLD ME WAS READY THE NIGHT BEFORE. What a joke. In November, saw an ad for CupFone, ordered it, and am very pleased. Then our grandson was buying his first car, so we bought him front an rear floor mats, and everything went well. But on January 1, we also online order a trunk liner for his car. On January 5, we had a fraud charge on our Discover card, so the card was cancelled and a new one issued. We had used the old card at WeatherTec, but that was 4 days earlier, so no problem. On January 7, since the trunk liner was not received, I called WeatherTec but was told there were 124 calls ahead of me! Got that . 124 calls ahead of me. On January 8; I called again, and there were 151 calls ahead of me!!! 154!!! Then, on January 9, I got an email from WeatherTec saying my credit card was not honored. So, WeatherTec did not begin to process my January 1 order until January 9. Took them 8 days just to start processing one simple order. 8 DAYS TO START TO PROCESS AN ORDER!!! Telephone is the only way to reach Customer Service, so I called and there were 86 calls ahead of me and I waited 49 minutes before I reached the clerk. Now it is January 16, and I don't know if the liner has been delivered. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD! read more

It's the holidays and I needed a last minute gift... since it was too late to order online and have it shipped to me before Christmas, I decided to come to the store. I walked in and holy moly were there a lot of people. I took a number to what I thought was going to be an extremely long wait. Man was I wrong. When you walk in you are told to get a number. The showroom is very nice. You can also get free coffee. This isn't the first time I have been there. I have purchased 3 other sets of mats for our cars and have gotten discounts because of the large purchase. At that time, the service was excellent, and the mats are sturdy and do a great job of protecting. This time the around, the service was terrible! The lady selling us the car mats acted like she hated her job. When we inquired about a discount since we have been loyal customers, she acted like we asked the dumbest question ever. I ended up purchasing the mats after a long wait even though there wasn't that many people in the store. My advice... if you can find it somewhere else, get it. I wish I knew someplace that had better customer service...because I would have spent my money there instead of this place. read more

The mats fit well and installed easily. This is the only reason for 2, rather than 1 star. However, VERY slow shipping. I had to wait 3 weeks for delivery. I also received a second set the day after I received the first set. The second set was billed to a different person and shipped to me. I called the so called Weathertech "Customer Service" number, only to be #33 on the wait list. Pretty bad customer service, if you ask me. Not wanting to wait that long to help straighten out an order they screwed up, I sent an Email. I never received a response. I feel bad for whoever ordered the other set, but I dont know how to resolve it and Weathertech doesnt seem to care. At the end of my order they ask if you want to buy insurance to make sure that you actually get the product you just ordered from them. Think about what they we asking, do I want to buy insurance to assure I get my order that was $379!! Some companies are just to greedy and don't truly understand the message and vibe they give off. We have had them for over a month now, and we do not regret the purchase, that is for sure! I purchased from this company and had one of my window cards fall out Nd ran over by another driver. When I called to see if I could just the one door I needed, the guy did t even charge me and sent out a new one. Granted it was less than six months but a company that stand but there product and customers deserves to be recognized!!! I was fully prepared to purchase another one even though they came in a set. Looked into and checked about fitment PRIOR to ordering floor liners for the rear passengers. While the liners didn't move side to side nor to the rear, they did slide forward too much. The front of them was flat and flush with the floor - nothing to stop forward movement. The bottom was smooth. I called to return them and they offered to send out some velcro! I've never had a system tell me that I had 109 callers ahead of me. They've had the product back in their possession since Jan 14th. Today is the 24th, and I've yet to see a refund back to my card. Lastly, they told me they WON'T refund the original shipping charge of $15. read more

Recently ordered WeatherTech 5-pc mat sets for two vehicles; an SUV and a station wagon. Had fit issues with both. On the SUV the company failed to account for an under seat storage bin and we are unable to open it without taking the tray out first, dumping its contents on the floor :-( Communicated this to WeatherTech but they brushed us off. With the wagon, the rear trays are too small, not fully covering the floor and allowing lots of debris to accumulate outside of the tray. One last observation; the plastic is pretty thin compared with previous mats but won't know how they hold up for a few years yet. read more

Just love my WeatherTech SUV mats. When my husband had the idea for me to lease my Buick Enclave the first thing I said was, "have you seen what I do to my cars?" These mats are fantastic if you have kids and destructive habits. Wet towels, no problem, soaked bathing suits, just throw them on a mat. We ordered the mats online buy car make and model. It takes the mats a few days to 'settle into shape' but they fit really well once this occurs. IMO worth every penny if you are tough on vehicles. I remember thinking they were expensive to purchase but I'm really pleased with them. We debated buying the 'trunk' mat due to cost but so glad we did. It's been really useful after beach and Homedepot trips. The front mats fit perfectly. Back mats move around a bit and can be loose. Regardless, I will never be without WeatherTech mats in my cars (unless my habits improve greatly and that's highly unlikely). Would purchase again. read more

Purchased a cupholder accessory online, and after almost 2 weeks it has not shipped. I have called, but each time I have called I was no less than user number 85 in the queue. The cup phone has my phone interfering with the AC controls. I need a simple riser. After 15 minutes, I am now number 50. All total, it would take me 45 minutes to get a status. Products are good. I have owned their products for years. Recently, I ordered floor mats as a gift through Amazon. Unfortunately, my gift recipient already has them. So, I requested a return and was issued an RMA from WeatherTech. Returned them on my dime through UPS shipping which cost almost $35. But, this is all on me, I understand that. My issue is regarding the refund process. My return was received by WeatherTech on 12/30. After a week, still no processing of my refund. Thankfully, Amazon is an amazing company and issued me a refund and will go after WeatherTech to be made whole. I understand there was a holiday last week but it takes 10 seconds to check in an item with an RMA # to process a refund. In addition, calling customer service results in being stuck in the queue of over 200 callers each time I called. Maybe putting on additional help during the holidays to field calls and check-in returns. In the days of instant gratification, WeatherTech needs to get with it. The young lady at the door invited us to the complimentary bar for a warm beverage. It really was a treat! I had a divine peppermint hot chocolate and my daughter had a hazelnut latte. We had not finished our drinks when our number was called. Amanda, our sales agent, was pleasant and efficient. The decor was seasonally festive and the chairs in the waiting area were comfy. Our buzzer went off and we went on our way with our merchandise. The whole experience was a delight from beginning to end. My parents were doing something very nice and bought a bed liner for our new truck for Christmas. We had it delivered to their home and was scheduled for the 24th. It was not delivered the 24th or 26th and we had to leave on the 27th. To make a long story short, now my elderly parents have these massive boxes at their house they can not move because of their weight and size. I tried calling numerous times and when I finally talked to Pedro in Customer Service, he was very little to no help and said there was no Managers there to speak with. In the end, my parents paid $225 for 2 boxes that are taking up space at their house. They are unable to move them. Again, they are huge boxes and my parents are unable to pick them up. This could have been so simple to send me a label via email to have these boxes shipped from my parents home to us. The solution was so simple but I guess they did not see that. So just wanted to let someone know (since there were no Managers there when I called somehow) how terrible your company is. It is the typical excuses of blaming Fedex and that is not acceptable. I purchased front and rear mats for my Tundra, had to return them because received the wrong mats, then it took over a month to get the right mats shipped to me. Once I received the "correct" mats I only received the rear mats and they were delivered to the wrong address a mile down the road and had to have a neighbor find me to give me the rear mats, called weathertech to get the front mats which are being shipped now still over a month later. Opened the rear floor mat box and put them in the truck and they hang over the edge about 2 inches to far on both sides. "LASER CUT" I don't think so. These are just plastic mats cut to fit any truck just like the cheap old plastic mats used to be in Walmart. They are thin and useless. I'll end up having to put regular cheap mats back in the truck to protect the carpet. Weathertech mats are a TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY... I purchased them because they say they are an American product and wanted to support USA products, but this is NOT what I signed up for. Just a total useless piece of plastic that will not protect anything, does not fit, will not last and shipped to the wrong address, plus I only received half of my order but paid full price. SO you order at your own risk. I have told you the truth on here and when you end up with this same mess the rest of on here half had, it's your own fault.
