This company should be investigated by the appropriate department within the federal government. While they spend millions in advertising, they spend zero on customer service. I've tried to call on several times only to find that there are over 250 people on hold ahead of me. I ordered their product, paid a lot of money for two day shipping so that I could receive it by Christmas. I still have not received the product and have tried calling on several occasions. I've sent numerous emails stating that I wanted to cancel the order, and of course, have not received a response. I sincerely hope people read these ratings and DO NOT ORDER from this company. Bought the mats online for 200$. Spent all that money and they still want 20$ bucks for shipping. What a rip off. So I decided to drive over and pick them up. It is that easy. Being local, I chose the option of picking up at the factory in Bolingbrook, IL, saving the $18 shipping charge. They have a huge white drive through tent set up for "Curbside Pick Ups" so I was in and out in a couple minutes. Installation was a breeze, and there is an installation video on the website that you may want to view. Through five previous vehicles I added WeatherTech floor and cargo liners and was completely satisfied. They were sturdy, fit perfectly and did a great job of protecting my vehicles from mud, salt, sand, dirt etc. I swore by them and recommended them to all my friends and family. I just ordered floor mats and cargo liners for my new 2021 Range Rover Sport and I am much less pleased with them. The cargo liner is significantly thinner than prior versions and because of that the lip does not stay up against the sides or seat backs. The mat for the second row seats does not fit perfectly, leaving gaps along the front of the seats. I'll keep them because even though they may not be as good as the prior ones, but they still beat the manufacturers mats and liners hands down. read more

Very disappointed with WeatherTech. Supposed custom fit floor liners - were ordered with a number of other products (roughly $500 worth) from them. Rear floor liner (1 piece across entire rear of Jeep) - came twisted - and when installing it did not lay well; was (see pic). They did send a new one, however that was worse than the first one. Called and response was just to send back the replacement then. No apology - No sincerity - no trying to alleviate this; just poor customer service. Will send back the replacement - but should really be sending it all back. By the way, the smallest item we ordered (coasters) - do not fit the Jeep Wrangler at all for the rear cup holders; so even if you receive the "large" and "small", neither fits. read more

Only one person is checking people out. Just placed one order for three different items with the weather tech front and rear seat mats cargo liner with a bumper pad and the rear window protectors for dogs. The Dog protectors just arrived and they do not work and the Kia Niro Rear windows they will not slide in as a scribe between the glass in the door to hold in place. Tried to call weather tech three different times and I'm always number 250 on hold, this is a joke. Also the way they bill you online when you order comes says one lump sum then when the charges start to come through they're all broken up her order and divide it up doesn't quite add up when you try and put it all together. I have two more orders coming and I have no hope there anyone at WeatherTech whatever help me I've sent several emails to their customer service and no one responds. At this point unless say help me I highly recommend you stay away from this company at all costs they seem to be a little slimy. I went in to get some of the laser cut floor mats, and I was so impressed with the service. I went in and ordered my mats and they had them ready in about 15 minutes, I love them. The facility was clean, the bathroom was modern and also very clean, everyone was courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. They offered free WiFi, a barista, and bakery items too, and though I didn't sample either it was nice to have it available. This place has a beautiful showroom, super friendly staff and a free coffee/tea/ pastry bar while you wait for your product to be pulled. I cannot comment on the quality of their product because the damn thing HAS NOT BEEN SHIPPED YET. Cupfone XL was supposed to ship LAST WEEK, but order status still shows IN PROGRESS, meaning it has not yet been shipped. I called their customer service line 3 times and the automated system told me there were 137 or 235 or 257 callers ahead of me. I waited on hold the better part of 2 hours with no connection made. First off, everyone was very friendly and had a smile on their face. We had stopped in to pick up floor mats for the front, middle and rear seats. We ended up changing the rear mat for a different size and they happily exchanged it. Along the way we had some additional questions and Max was extremely helpful in answering them, as well as having a very customer friendly attitude. In attempting to install side window deflectors on a f150, it clearly states to use the weatherstrip clips. However the instructions and YouTube video are so poor that even with a call to customer service, I am unable to understand how to install the clips and deflectors correctly. After my review Weathertech reached out & supplied me with replacements for my mats. Apparently they has sent the wrong ones (there were 2 different styles for make & model). At any rate the new ones are received & are a much better fit. They look very good & I am very happy with the product. Ordered floor liners on line to be picked up at the Factory Outlet the next day. When we went the next afternoon to pick them up, we were told to take a number and wait. They were on #932 when we arrived and we had #978. We waited about 45 minutes before asking several staff members if there was any other way to get our floor liners without a several hour wait. We were told "no" by two different staff members before Lisa Lucier called out to us that she could help. She cancelled my original order and re-ordered for me so that it could be shipped directly to the house.
