We ordered 72 winter hats. When we received them the printing was not standard to the English Language. The "R" on my hat looked like a "P." There was no slanted stem to connect the rounded part of the "R" to the bottom right corner of the "R." They said this was standard print and then sent me 2 examples of the "R" on other hats. They looked the way an "R" should look, yet my hats look like the letter "P." Nothing was offered to fix the issue. I was told this is the way it looks. Now I am stuck with $800.00 in hats that I hope will sell. I really would have liked to order more hats with this company as I am a new business, but that is unlikely now. read more
