Make sure they personally inspect and know what equipment and materials are needed and it all arrives for the job with the service man. Make sure there are enough service men to do the job themselves otherwise you'll end up needing to help and your time will be wasted. Frankly, there is no Craig that I know of. Subcontractors are apparently hired by them and you pay for higher labor costs than you should need to. Frankly find someone else to do your projects or repairs.
