The technician tried hard to get me to buy 10 treatments in advance before the treatment even started and immediately sent me a link to take out a loan if I can't afford it. WTF? Wish I would have looked on Yelp vs Google for reviews. Did the $250 treatment which included an hour of whitening and red light treatment. Process went fine. The guy that helped me was friendly though, but tried to sign me up for a package for $1000. Was sent before and after pictures, and the before picture was altered to make you believe that your teeth got lightened more than they did which is real scammy. I started going to We Whiten in February 2026 under their "Ambassador Program" promotion. Today was my third appointment. Initially the manager had said that my treatment plan included four sessions and that and then I could come in every 6 months. For $99. Today there was a new manager and he stated that I was not in their system under that plan. Although he did know that's the last two visits I paid the $99. So today he was incredibly rude. He stated that because I wasn't in the system under the plan they would charge me $250 unless I signed up for their financing. I declined to sign up for the financing but stated I could pay as I go or would have been willing to put it on my credit card, because that's what would work better for me. (I do not like the financing company they use, their interest rates are high). The manager kept saying well how do I help you understand and I don't get why you don't understand this. Dude, stop the mansplaining. (You said words, I heard and understood them). He said, I want to keep you under the 99 plan but you have to sign up for this financing. I'm like I don't want to sign up for the financing. He's like prove that you had that treatment plan. I'm like how do I prove that? Basically he called me a liar and pretty much tried to strong arm me into signing up for the stupid plan of theirs. It was a very odd conversation and he was very condescending and rude. So I ended up paying $250 because I didn't want to go back there. And then he has the audacity to set up another appointment for me next month. I'm like I'm not coming back. He said well that's just how our system is. I'm like well you can cancel that appointment and don't charge my card because I am not coming back here ever. It's too bad,. Other than the first time I went there, the customer service has been appalling. But the kicker is, they do good work. It's just not worth the attitude of the staff and the aggressive selling techniques to go back there. This is Las Vegas, I can find another teeth whitening place, no problem. Overall stay away. I never write reviews but I was prompted to write this review based on my experience there today. If a business can't honor their agreements, I'm not about that at all. We went in for a teeth whitening for my 12 year old daughter on 3/7. I did a treatment with her. There was a $99 special that brought us in. We were told by Jacob there would be no pain after. My daughter is shy/people pleasing and won't speak up in front of people. She didn't want to say in front of Jacob. I assumed she was happy so I bought her more treatments. As soon as we got in the car, she told me her teeth hurt and she didn't want to go back. I called to tell them. Nobody answered so I used the text line. I was originally told I would get a full refund, then another text of partial refund. I just left it alone bc it wasn't worth getting angry about. Fast forward to yesterday, I get a call asking by for confirmation of today's apt. I tell them we canceled. The lady I was speaking to said it was in their system that there was enough for 1 more treatment bc it was partial refund...so I ask my daughter and she agreed to go. Fast forward to today, I text to ask for clarification on the time. I get a text from one number confirming the 11:45 apt, but a text from another number saying it was canceled. After a few correspondences it was cleared up for us to come at 11:45. We enter the building and it was clear Jacob was upset and not the same person from 3/7. I ask if I can go back with my 12 year old daughter and he said for a moment, but if someone came in for treatment, the seat I would be sitting in would be used for them and I'd have to go to the lobby and leave my 12 year old in the back by herself. I asked if I could take a chair from the lobby to sit next to her. Jacob's response, "that would be a negative." He then proceeds to tell me there is no credit and I will be charged the entire $250. I explain what happened with customer service. He tells me on his end that's not what it says. He then asks why I cancelled originally and I tell him. He then turns to my 12 year old daughter and starts asking her questions. She rolls into a ball and starts fidgeting with her shirt, obviously uncomfortable. She does not answer and she's looking at the floor. He continues to ask her the same question over and over even though she's not answering. She sort of stumbles with her answer...and he grills her some more even though it is so obvious shes scared. He had a tone in his voice, he's standing over her. He was no longer talking to me and straight to a 12 year old girl. I told him we were leaving due to the treatment of my minor. He said, "have a great day." I would never talk to a client the way Jacob did...and I would never talk to a MINOR the way he did. His tone and body language was abusive and intimidating. And on top of that, he wanted me to leave her in the back by herself without any protection from him. I am just flabbergasted how all of this was handled and the treatment toward us today. read more

Writing this BEFORE I go home and do the walk of shame. My husband is an award-winning dentist. I've been very busy and, truth be told, a little lazy on keeping my smile camera worthy. I have veneers on my two top front teeth (what are they, #8 and #9 in the dental world?). They're in great shape but discolored. FTR- I don't smoke or drink wine or coffee. Scouts honor. I asked my husband if he could whiten my veneers and he basically said no...meaning they wouldn't match my natural teeth, making them possibly appear more yellow. Then I saw an ad on social media for teeth whitening and the before and after were miraculous. I called WeWhiten and asked if they can whiten veneers. I was placed on hold and the person came back saying absolutely. I said my husband is a dentist and says it cannot be done to match the natural teeth. She said they know what they're doing, assured me they could do it. So I'm thinking they're onto some cutting-edge thing. I called again a few weeks later to see if I got a different response...they said they can definitely whiten veneers. Again, I shared my husband's expert opinion. Fast forward to today. I get a call from WeWhiten offering a $50 discount. I decided to try. At the very least, I could do some undercover work for my husband and he could get this miracle whitener for his veneer patients in my position. I walked through the door and immediately told the tech that I had reservations and would love to be proven wrong....especially because I don't want to go through the process of getting new veneers. She said they do it all the time. Well, the jury's out and my husband was right I said it, and I'm actually relieved. Not because I ever questioned his expertise....I already know how beloved he is by his patients and fellow dentists. I was just hoping I found some secret sauce. Shame on you, WeWhiten. I knew the moment the tech didn't hand me a mirror that the whitening session was unsuccessful. I questioned why they only bleached the front of the tooth and not the back. I also inquired why they didn't try to lift the veneers first and then match the natural teeth...not that much different from the hair salon, right? She did mention that they had a stronger whitening option but they were out... never presented as an option. I will get my new veneers and I will get my teeth whitened in my husband's office with licensed professionals. At least I can answer with confidence that I've tried both WeWhiten and my husband's office and my husband's whitening system is superior. Here's what really gets me about WeWhiten: I was kind to my tech because she's just doing her job. But the company itself? They need to be more transparent. OK, honest. They can hide behind their many layers of communication and outsourced offshore call centers, making promises they know they can't keep. The moral of the story? Work with companies where you can get names and hold people accountable. Where expertise isn't just a sales pitch but actual knowledge backed by education and ethics. If I could give a negative star review, I would!! Sales scam to the max! You cannot cancel your "membership!" The supposed owner used foul language when speaking with me and never went over the actual terms. I've been out of town otherwise I would have tried to cancel immediately. Everything was signed on an iPad and a copy was never given to me. Other than the terrible experience I had, tbh, strips work much better. Now I'm stuck with 6 of these BS treatments. I am so disappointed in the business practice of this establishment. I paid for a full package of trements. My second visit I got chemical burned and horrendous blisters on my tissues and gums. It was excruciating pain. I went to the Summerlin location to show the staff .They gave me a gel to brush with ,but it was no help.These burns lasted 2 weeks I requested that I only pay for the 2 ​treatments that I received and to please cancel the remaining sessions.
