    We went in for a teeth whitening for my 12 year old daughter on 3/7. I did a treatment with her. There was a $99 special that brought us in. We were told by Jacob there would be no pain after. My daughter is shy/people pleasing and won't speak up in front of people. She didn't want to say in front of Jacob. I assumed she was happy so I bought her more treatments. As soon as we got in the car, she told me her teeth hurt and she didn't want to go back. I called to tell them. Nobody answered so I used the text line. I was originally told I would get a full refund, then another text of partial refund. I just left it alone bc it wasn't worth getting angry about. Fast forward to yesterday, I get a call asking by for confirmation of today's apt. I tell them we canceled. The lady I was speaking to said it was in their system that there was enough for 1 more treatment bc it was partial refund...so I ask my daughter and she agreed to go. Fast forward to today, I text to ask for clarification on the time. I get a text from one number confirming the 11:45 apt, but a text from another number saying it was canceled. After a few correspondences it was cleared up for us to come at 11:45. We enter the building and it was clear Jacob was upset and not the same person from 3/7. I ask if I can go back with my 12 year old daughter and he said for a moment, but if someone came in for treatment, the seat I would be sitting in would be used for them and I'd have to go to the lobby and leave my 12 year old in the back by herself. I asked if I could take a chair from the lobby to sit next to her. Jacob's response, "that would be a negative." He then proceeds to tell me there is no credit and I will be charged the entire $250. I explain what happened with customer service. He tells me on his end that's not what it says. He then asks why I cancelled originally and I tell him. He then turns to my 12 year old daughter and starts asking her questions. She rolls into a ball and starts fidgeting with her shirt, obviously uncomfortable. She does not answer and she's looking at the floor. He continues to ask her the same question over and over even though she's not answering. She sort of stumbles with her answer...and he grills her some more even though it is so obvious shes scared. He had a tone in his voice, he's standing over her. He was no longer talking to me and straight to a 12 year old girl. I told him we were leaving due to the treatment of my minor. He said, "have a great day." I would never talk to a client the way Jacob did...and I would never talk to a MINOR the way he did. His tone and body language was abusive and intimidating. And on top of that, he wanted me to leave her in the back by herself without any protection from him. I am just flabbergasted how all of this was handled and the treatment toward us today.

    I just called Henderson to let them know that the light burned my husbands lips and gum thinking they'd some what be apologetic and offer some sort of solution or treatment but instead we got....... Did you go to the ER? Did you go to the DR? What do you want us to do? All we do is whiten teeth and it sounds like you have a medical emergency so go take care of it, we're not drs!!!! I'm speechless and disappointed agreed paying them thousands of dollars. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

    The whitening was good they said the charge would be 99 dollars but they charged my card 160 00 shady people don't go to this office

    Before and after photos are fake. They try to upsell you on membership plans the moment you walk in. Pathetic excuse of a business.

She called when she said she would and she was so friendly immediately. We scheduled an appointment for the following evening. Amy was punctual and again so friendly. She got me comfortable on my own sofa and started the process. I was nervous it might be awkward since you can't talk a lot but she made it so comfortable and watched TV with my husband and I during the treatment. It is a bit of a long process but I am quite happy with the results. It was worth it! I will continue to recommend and use this service! I enjoyed my over an hour at her salon to get my teeth whitened. The sensitivity was gone after I woke up next day, and my teeth feel absolutely bright and shine. The studio is in quiet side of town, with plenty of parking and is clean and tidy inside. She's uses VERY comfy recliners to lounge in and the two chairs are separated with a curtain. I have had a couple of appointments with Tanya now, and each time my teeth get multiple shades whiter and each time I'm pleasantly surprised with how well the session worked. Her prices are the cheapest I've found after MUCH research. Also, you can add on a sealant for after the whitening is done so you don't have to wait 24 hours to eat colored foods- for $10 extra! The music was nice creating a relaxing vibe. I was greeted by Amber who took me through the entire process. She is the best...warm friendly and very knowledgeable. After taking my general information, we set up a profile and headed to the back where the scan was done. Before the scan there was tons of photos taken. She walked me through the process of how I will receive my package, how to use the products and also told me for any resizing or updates I can go to any smile direct office not just the one I started with. I thought that's was a bonus! She always paused to allow me to ask any questions during the process. Upon completion we went over the pricing and payment plan option. I decided to move forward with the process especially being a traveler it's sometimes hard to make it in for appointments at one particular office. Once I agreed to move forward we talked about how to use dental benefits and any other discounts that may apply. I enjoyed the no pressure sales approach. It's come in get your scan and you decide how to proceed.
