He replied quickly, gave me a quote after I described the area I needed help with, and actually offered me a couple different times to come down and complete our landscaping. For 2 wooden door shims installed, and the tiling I asked for wasn't possible to do, I paid nearly $900!!!! $135 per hour and 5 hours time, when Geoff the handyman was in and out under an hour, was driving 1 hour each way which means I was charged 2 hours for a Home Depot run. I contacted Jonathan to complain about the time he had charged but he was rude and kept texting me to the point I refused to answer him anymore as he was starting to harass me. His reply to me below is the tone to expect. I am Yelp Elite. I don't write a bad review just to annoy a local business. I write truthful reviews, I wouldn't be Elite if I didn't. This review is for the painters who used the PPG products for our project…read more We had multiple locations that needed new paint, and also a new back area that required specialty paint. After the PO was approved we only had 4 weeks to complete the project. Thank goodness for their communication with the paint supplier too. Because we couldn't be closed during business hours, we needed to have them work with no VOC paints. It also needed to match existing installations that are part of the brand color/image. They seriously worked in tandem to remove baseboards, tape off the crown molding, and paint. They even made sure to drop cloth and wrap everything (a previous painter got drip's everywhere). The thing that should make this a 10 star review? The wind was really strong that day and literally ripped off the hinges. Because it's a commercial building, this door weighed A LOT. We had to stay open during business hours, but what happened after dark? We had NO idea what to do because we couldn't get a work order approved by then. These guys out the door back on its hinges. But, the hinges had actually ripped off the frame. So they instead drilled new holes, re hung the door and helped us bolt it for safety. It took 4 weeks to get the order approved to fix that door properly. If it hadn't been for these guys going above and beyond, who knows what would've happened!
