I had an amazing experience when taking my HHA training with Servant Home Health Care. My employer…read morecontacted their offices the morning of their training, and they accommodated quickly and made me feel very comfortable with the process. My trainer, Bonita was nothing short of fantastic. She made sure that with every topic discussed the class had a full understanding of the content prior to moving to the next section. She also made sure that we had a clear focus on topics that would potentially appear on the state exam. The videos prepared by the Servant care team were easy to follow, and well prepared, and I walked away with a clear understanding of the skills I needed to adequately care for my clients. After having a less than favorable experience with another agency, I was relieved, refreshed and excited about the training and was well prepared for the state exam. Thank you Bonita and Servant team for your warm welcome, professionalism and vested interest in my success in obtaining my HHA certification. I recommend Servant for anyone looking to certify as a Home Health Aide!
