We requested a house cleaner to prepare for a family Christmas party. We were overwhelmed and looking for help. Contacted We Clean WNY: Pros: The person who contacted us did everything they could to try to accommodate our schedule. They managed to get us scheduled for an appt before Xmas. Cons: We were told that they would send someone to do a cleaning and it would take ~3 hours. 2 Cleaners showed up and they were there less than one hour. My expectations were that dusting, vacuuming, and floors would be cleaned. Not a deep cleaning but a relatively thorough surface cleaning. They did a superficial cleaning no dusting nor did they wipe down chair rails or baseboards. They wiped my stainless fridge with a wet rag leaving it worse with water marks. They did not clean the corners of the floors, the corners were still dusty/dirty. They seemed to be in a huge rush to get in and out. I pointed out a couple things they missed, like a large puddle of water left in the hallway floor. Ultimately, this was not a good value at all for what we paid (~$200) read more
