This company is everything they don't promise! Let me break down exactly why I'm leaving 1 star and would leave none if I could. 1. I called this service maybe in November of 2018 and got a quote for cleaning a 2 piece sectional for just $69.95 which sounded great. I told them I would call them in the future to book my appointment and hung up. 2. The second time around I called back in January to schedule the appointment only this time including a bedroom and a hallway when they gave me an estimate of 89.95+tax. Sounds great right? Booked for 3pm and was set to go. 3. A few days before my appointment I called to change some details about my appointment from my bedroom carpet and my hallway to just an area rug. As I'm on the phone with possibly the rudest woman ever providing a service, she tells me they quoted me wrong and my total would now be $120+ tax. What?! When I asked how that could be she continued to very rudely just say "well those aren't our prices?" Then who the f gives out your prices wrong TWICE?! We're they not planning to tell me the price was wrong until the got to my home??? Immediately after she told me this I asked her to simply cancel the appointment when she had the audacity to scoff at me and ask me why? When I told her it was because she was now charging me almost $50 dollars extra she suddenly could "honor" the price originally given to me. I should have known then this was going to be bad but as badly as I needed the cleaning I let it go. 4. Finally the day of my appointment! Scheduled at 3 remember? Well the lovely company decided to show up at 4:50!! Almost 2 hours later. When he got here not only had he not been aware he would be cleaning couches but also had not been informed that I had changed my needs from a bedroom and a hallway to an area rug! He then continues to let me know that he would have to charge me an additional $40 for a "deep cleaning" because my couch had stains. Well no shit that's why I called you! 5. Basically not only do they have horrible customer service they also don't let you know the details of the charges and they most likely won't tell you until the day of so you end up paying a cancelation fee if you decide to not go through with it. I would not recommend this cleaning carpet to anyone. I was quoted a certain amount but when the guy came out the total came out more than what I was quoted for! As the cleaner was cleaning the carpet their machine messed with my electricity and shutout some outlets. The machine smelt bad. I had to reschedule my first initial appointment because the guy was running late and when the guy came out the next following day he was late again. I had a company come out the second time and there happened to be a trainee with the worker and a trainee was doing a better job than the actual worker was. The manager told me that if I get the double treatment to remove my pets odor that they can guarantee the smell to come out but when they treated the second time and it didn't come out I called back and the manager said he never told me that. He really worded what he said to me. Trying to reach this company is impossible. I called multiple times and leave multiple messages but it takes hours and hours for the company to get back to me. I used this company before and had a great technician clean my carpet, did a good job. But this time around they sent a technician who wasn't very skilled and had poor manners. Came to clean a chair with a stain, charged extra $70 above what I was told on the phone claiming that would guarantee that the stain comes out. Only to finish and the stain was still as in the beginning. He claimed He had done his best. Called the manager(owner)who promised he would send another technician the next day. Never showed up. Meanwhile my account had been charged without my authorization cos the technician left my home without informing me he was done!. I came out from my bedroom after 10min of not hearing any activity to find that he was gone. Meanwhile another Supervisor I spoke with was yelling at me on the phone saying the technician had done all he could. Let me start off by saying, they called me at 7:45 am to confirm my 9am service. At 9:45 no one was at my house and I called their number and they referred me to the technician. I called the technician and he said he would be another 45 mins since he had to pick up another person! So I then called their main number and the manager said I would get a 10% discount. The technician finally arrived 1 hour and 30 mins after our original appointment. He then came inside our home to have a walk through and let us know what they will do. I had an appointment at 11:00 today. When they didn't show we called them and they said we were scheduled for tomorrow. yet we have an email from a couple days ago indicating that it was for today at 11:00. All they could do was say "I'm sorry" there must have been a mix up. They didn't offer to give us a discount or do an additional room or anything. Overall the tech that came out did a fair job on removing the carpet odor. However, I have a huge issue with the in house employees not communicating to the customer or their techs. First of all I was quoted $60 for one room and a hall. She failed to mention the $50 fee just for you guys to show up. I asked her specifically if that included deep cleaning and deodorizer for animal urine. She said yes. Following that I asked for the tech to come at 5 pm. When I got the email saying my time slot was 3-5pm I called back and she said not to worry and that he will be there at 5. I get a call at 1:15 while at work saying he was 30 minutes away. (Thankfully I was able to leave early but I'm now missing work hours). I was quoted $193 when the tech got there. Clearly your front office staff does not listen nor can they quote properly. PLEASE DON'T USE THIS SERVICE. We moved into a brand new home. On our first full day in the home, we had We Clean Carpet out to clean the couch and rug we brought from our previous home. There was an ottoman on the rug that the cleaner literally dragged across the floor, scratching up our brand new hardwood floors. I called customer service. Rather than send someone else, they sent the exact same cleaner back to our house without even telling him why he was coming to our house. I had to take off work to be at the house to meet him. We explained to him what had happened, and he took pictures of the scratches all over the floor. It was an awkward exchange and we never heard back. I called customer service again, and they were UNBELIEVABLY RUDE- said customers sign a waiver when they hire We Clean Carpet that covers all leaks, floor damage, wall damage, dry wall damage, etc. etc. I'm honestly shocked- I never write bad reviews but customers need to know that the cleaners are careless, may damage not just the article cleaned but your home itself. I just had a really horrible experience with this company. I don't write yelp reviews often, but I felt the need to this time. The technician we had was nice, but the rest of the experience was horrible. I will preface this by saying we had ONE bedroom cleaned, and we are a pet-free, clean home. First of all, as soon as he turned his machine on, it spat disgusting dirty water from previous cleanings all around it and on my kitchen floor. Before he even started cleaning, my house immediately started smelling horribly of pet urine. We don't even own pets! And never have! My kids plugged their noses and ran outside to escape the horrible smell. My house is on the market, so I obviously can't have my house smelling really strong of pet urine. Second of all, he spent less than 10 minutes cleaning my carpet. He did it extremely fast and didn't even slow down on stained parts. I spent more time cleaning up the nasty, dirty water after he left than he spent cleaning my carpets. I have spent a lot of time mopping my floors and trying to get the smell out of my house. Lastly, it ended up costing quite a bit more money than they told me it would when I talked to them on the phone. They charged me $60 to clean one room, spending less than 10 minutes and not even moving any furniture. Not even the small furniture. I'm very disappointed in my service. Please read, if not at least know to NOT use this company! If I could, I would give them negative stars!! The guy who came over was almost 2 hours late to our scheduled appointment! When he arrives he asked to use our bathroom while my husband & I discuss the price he gave which was much, much higher than what we were told. When we first made the appointment we were told $70, okay sounds good! They said all included: clean, disinfect, deodorize & stain removal. When he arrived, first it was NOT in a yellow van with the mounted equipment but rather in a mini van with a portable machine. His company's name was Natural Green Carpet. Sounds good right? Eco friendly & no harsh chemical use. Well he stated his fee was $145+ tax! Uhhmm, what?! When we started doubting he said I'll do $120 if you pay cash. We agreed only because we had new furniture arriving the next day & really needed a clean. He began working, at first we were excited- oh, it looks & smells good. About 5 minutes later he's running out of water so goes downstairs, cold adds water and a bottle with yellow liquid. We realize that what he was adding was pinesol!! Yes! Lemon scent pinesol! What?! He goes on by stating this is what disinfects and deodorizes the carpet. The rest of the the "cleaning" service was just as horrible! He kept calling and texting and leaving messages to supposedly other coworkers because he was running out of "cleaning liquid" and did NOT have the "stain removal" supply needed. He did that for about 20 minutes, back and forth. He then said, "I have to go pick up more cleaner because I'm out and will be back in 45 minutes". WHAT!!? By this time it's dinner time and my daughter is hungry. He goes back downstairs, drains out the dirty water in our neighbors garden!! Agh! Goes to his car and comes back in a couple of minutes and says, " I found a bottle in my car" which was less than half full and still had half of the living room to finish. Needless to say the rest of the job was "cleaned" with simply cold water, no solution at all. We even offered to give him a bottle of pinesole that we had & use to clean the carpet ourselves! He declined and said not its okay, I'm almost done. When he finally finished my husband and I tried to discuss our experience and denied being subcontracted by We Clean Carpets. He didn't even use a stain remover!! He said that for stains we can use white vinegar and let it soak for about 7 minutes and that would remove even red wine stains- okay (we don't even drink wine) and have been doing that already!! When he finished draining the water in our neighbors garden again, he comes up and asks for his payment. We again try and share our concerns with him & he tells my husband, " sorry man, it's the end of the day, you know how it is, I'll get you next time". WHAT?!?! Insinuating it's our fault for his crappy work because he was tired? He then stated, "it will be dried in a couple of hours". What a bunch of bull!! He left it so wet that it took 2 days to dry and ONLY because my husband had to borrow 3 high velocity fans and let them run for 12 hours. I contacted the main number several times and not was told by the sales manager to leave a voicemail for the service manager. I did, 3 times and finally got a call back and he said, "what would like us to do? I can send somebody Monday or Tuesday"- sure, because by then it's not like the carpet would stink of wet dog! The carpet was left feeling slimy and sticky and we had to go over it with hot water and a mop to try and remove the residue. This is the worse experience EVER! I would rate this company negative 100. They did not meet the expectation of a $60 service for cleaning two car seats with just spraying solutions. The serviceman Allan on Truck #1 called me to say he happened to be in the area and would love to render the service earlier than scheduled, which was beneficial to me. When he arrived, he took out his cleaning machine from his van, only to realize that he didn't need it at all. Instead he just did some spraying (he diluted the solution with water in our sink), and patting and wiping: A job that I could have done myself! I was expecting a thorough cleaning with steam and all, but nope. I let the seats dry for 6 hours before I checked the smell of urine. It was still there. The next business day, I called them and asked for a refund. You'd know the answer if you have read the other negative reviews. They would not issue me a refund, even half the cost. They insisted on redoing the service and make sure that the serviceman do it right. I said no, they refused. The service manager reset a schedule. I stopped my work waiting for nothing. The guy didn't come and didn't call. So I called today, telling them the service was not done because no one came or called. The manager insisted that the serviceman gave me a call. Nothing on my phone. So when he comes here today to do the service, i will ask him to show me his proof that he really did call me. I looked up online and will file a complaint against them with the help of BBB. But it seems to me that We Clean Carpet would not even give a budge on the complaint because they have had this before according to the other reviews. One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a service company. They did a decent job on the carpets but spilled the "protectant" chemical on the tile floors. The chemical left the tile splotchy and it wouldn't mop up. The guy gave me the same pregnant girlfriend sob story that Veronica B. described. I called about 15 times and was passed off to an answering machine which is all that there customer service department consists of obviously. I left numerous messages and never got a call back. This is the email I sent after all of the details listed below. I still haven't heard from them. Worst customer service ever!!! I am so very disappointed in the service I received on Monday. I called customer service and talked to the service manager and was told he would call me back. Of course he did not. I left two other messages and no one has contacted me. My appt. was for 9:00 a.m. At 8:45 a man called and said he was running late and would be there at 9:30. At 10:00 I called dispatch and was told he would get right back to me. At 10:30 an entirely different service tech and said he would be here at 11:00. He was close enough. I could not believe my eyes when he hooked his machine up to our kitchen sink!!! I have never seen such a thing. When I asked if he would hook it up outside he said the hoses were not long enough. After a bit of cleaning, I came into the kitchen and our laminate floor was soaked. He apologized and said the machine was leaking. After cleaning up that mess, I imagined he had solved the problem but came back to see MORE water on the floor. There was also water sitting on our tile in the entry. After being entirely amazed by all this, he drug the machine back out of the house OVER THE CARPET HE HAD JUST CLEANED! What's nice is you can go online and schedule the services you want/need and a time for them to dispatch to your house. What's not nice is that they don't call or arrive at that time, then call 6 hours later. By that point, we had already found someone else and no longer needed their services. Made arrangements to have two rooms cleaned in my house and I was very disappointed in their service. I was quoted $69.50 for the job. 1. Young & inexperienced individual arrived an hour late. 2. Left water all over kitchen floor and hallway and I spent over 30 minutes cleaning up behind him after he left. 3. Stayed less than 40 minutes to complete job. 4. Left multiple stains still in the carpet. 5. Did not even bother to open closet doors where there was additional carpet that needed to be cleaned. 6. Parts of the carpet were left untouched and left dry. 7. Initially tried to charge me $280 and then charged me $210, as if he was giving me a special deal. 8. Arrrived without a rake or a vacuum cleaner. When I asked about vacuuming first, he said his vc broke a few days earlier. 9. Charged an additional $20 for the steps in my house. (Hmm! I don't have any steps in my house!) 10. Charged an additional $99 for deep cleaning and protectant. I borrowed a steamer from a neighbor to do it over myself. When I called Customer Service to address the issue, I was spoke to in a very threatening manner. Their CS Rep missed key part of Customer Service 101. He insisted that I provide him with the name of my neighbor that I borrowed the carpet steamer from. As if I was really going to provide this information to him? WHATEVER YOU DO-DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I have never dealt with such unprofessional people and have spent 7 weeks trying to get a phone call back for a refund of $151.00. I finally got a phone call back today and now they are not doing a full refund. If I could give them a zero, I would! First, I was told I could not pay with cash, it had to be credit card. Ok... then I had to sign my contract on an iPad where it states the amount charged. When asked for a copy I was told it would be emailed. That's fine. Well when I look at my credit card charge, it's for over $20 more than what I had signed! So I ask the tech who gives me a shrug off basically! I got 3 different reasons why I was charged that amount but never discussed until I noticed the charge difference. Instead, I got a text from the technician at 1030pm asking me what the problem was. Over the course of the next few days, I was told that someone would come address my issues due to their guarantee... appointments were made and no one showed. It's over 2 weeks later and i have yet to see or hear back from anyone after numerous calls. I finally had to dispute the charges on my credit card so I could have someone else do the job.
