Carpet cleaning job was good. Def got most of stains out and carpet looks way better. I am giving them a bad review due to that the customer service was absolutely terrible. Was told from the beginning that the price would be $49.99 for the living room and $20 for any additional room. I needed my living and dining room cleaned. Also, we were told that furniture would not need to be moved bc they would move it. Only small things needed to be picked up off the floor. We were cool with that. Price went from around $80 to $150 then down to $102. My boyfriend and I asked many questions and the employee was not clear on his answers and it did not make me confident in the price or service. Cancellation fees even jumped from $30 to $80. After more discussion and questions the price went down to $102 and we proceeded with the service. We were told that we did not have to be there and that it would only be about 30 min. We did not receive a call when the service was complete. My apt was unlocked for an hour. Upon returning we noticed that the couch was not moved and the carpet underneath was not cleaned. We called and rescheduled 3 TIMES to have the employee come back and finish the job and he has still not come back. Overall, Carpet looks good , but customer service is a deal breaker. read more

DO NOT USE : I was quoted $69 over the phone, but when they arrived, I was suddenly told the service would be $193 because the $69 "doesn't clean." That makes no sense--so what exactly does the $69 cleaning do ? I declined the $193, and in the end, the $69 service was done, but my couch was damaged in the process. I pointed out the damage to the technician and tried multiple times to reach the owner. When I finally got through, his only response was: "Well, what do you want me to do?" He took no responsibility, offered no solution, and even suggested I deal with the cleaner directly. He never asked for photos, showed no concern, and repeated the same dismissive line. We schedule for We Clean Carpet to come out and clean 2 bedrooms, game room, stairs and a couch. They were late, charged us $100 more than quote, missed several places on the carpet and only did one side of a beige couch leaving behind a dirt line. Our time slot was 1-3. 3:30 rolls around, no tech, no phone call. 4 o'clock--the phone rings, it's WCC telling me the tech will be at our home around 5:30.... He shows up at 6:30. As the tech and I walked through each room, I explained what I wanted done and he explained their up-grades . One room needed deep cleaning, so I agreed to their Deep Cleaning (what a joke) for that specific room. By the time my invoice was completed, it was almost double the original quote. The tech got to work and finished very quickly (shoddy work doesn't take long). I was told the furniture and carpets would be dry in a few hours. We ended up sleeping in the living room because the mattress was still soaking wet 7-8 hours later. The next morning I vacuumed these rooms... The dirt still in the carpets and areas rugs was horribly disgustingly filthy. What my vacuum picked up looked like mud (we have a Rainbow Vacuum). If the carpets are this bad, did they really clean the mattress and futon or just soak them? For the money I was charged, these rugs should have no filth left and I shouldn't have any concerns about the cleanliness of the mattress and futon. According to their website, "...we do have a written guarantee that we will stand behind: 'We will get your carpet or upholstery clean or your job is for FREE!'" I called WCC several times to no avail. This went on for a week; leaving multiple unanswered messages daily. Finally, I got a call-back to arrange for a tech to redo the carpeting. Once again our window was 1-3. At 3:30 I called WCC several times and only got their voice mail. Around 4 o'clock, we got a phone call saying the tech wouldn't be there until after 5. There was no way we were going to have a repeat of their previous visit. We are trying to get our money back. This is by far the worst "professional" work I've ever experienced. They claim they guarantee customer satisfaction; I'm not satisfied with either their cleaning or their customer service. You're better off renting a machine and doing it yourself. read more

WE CLEAN carpets was turned away from my apartment building on their first visit for not having appropriate insurance. WE CLEAN called and told me they would have it and rescheduled for the next day. They no showed. They rescheduled again and I reminded them about the insurance - they assured me they would have it. I reminded them again before they came out this morning. The technician showed up and presented insurance and was let in. Shortly after, my building realized he presented an expired insurance certificate from 2 years ago. They collect payment from you when they arrive BEFORE they start cleaning. By the time we realized he was finished. I tried calling the company several times but the dispatcher wouldn't speak to me and immediately put me through to a service desk voicemail. Someone called me after - the person was very rude and told me that he would tell me why I should APOLOGIZE to them! He said it was my fault that I didn't tell them what insurance they needed and that I wasted their time with them coming over here only to find out my building requires insurance. They don't have insurance - they were told, many times, the assured me they had it and they showed up anyway and presented EXPIRED insurance. Please find another business to clean your carpets. I should have read the reviews and I would have avoided them completely. I hired them to clean carpets in three rooms and the couch. The couch had so much residue that when I wiped my hands on my couch and I rinsed my hands, my hands were super soapy. In one of the rooms he damaged a corner of bed. He also damaged four corners of the wall, you could see paint scrapings on the tile. At the time I noticed one corner and when I told the guy all he dia was wipe the paint scrapings and he said nothing and left. Guy had no shoe protection and left a lot of solution splatter and shoe prints all over my floors. All my carpets looked pretty clean before they cleaned but in one room there was a real light mud stain that they didn't remove. After I extracted all the solution from my couch I did that mud stain on the carpet and it was gone. They did more damage than what I paid for the service. I called numerous times for a supervisor or manager to come see the damage and I was given the run around and straight to voice mail numbers. When I finally got a call back seven hours later from a manager he said he would be at my place at 9am the next morning. That morning came and he sent that same guy which I didn't want back to my place. He told he wasn't going to do anything because his employee had to do a report and without that he wasn't doing anything. I told him I had told his employee about the damage which I had on camera and it wasn't my fault he didn't to a report on the damage. It's to weeks later and nothing has been done. He also told me to read the fine print on my receipt that they weren't responsible for any damages. Worst customer service, I wish I could leave a zero star or even a negative star. read more

On April 1, 2024, We Clean Carpet (WCC) serviced my home and used the guest bath to fill their equipment with water. Their machine was placed against the toilet and disturbed the base such that the wax seal shifted. Shortly after the technician finished work, I noticed water on the floor in the bathroom, only to discover this was a leak, not spilled water from the job. I left voice messages for the manager Steve on his cell and office phones. Steve called me the next morning and said a shift supervisor would come and look at the problem as soon as possible. That is the last communication I have received from WCC. I followed up with an email requesting reimbursement for a $100 plumber fee, including the receipt for services. Given the glowing reviews on their website, I was sure WCC would promptly make restitution for technician error. WCC has not responded in any way to my query for restitution. Given the string of 1-star reviews on Yelp, it doesn't appear that they will. read more

I needed a sofa, a loveseat, and a small set of stairs cleaned. The sofas were not in bad shape, but the stairs were heavily soiled. Both sofas and the stairs were vacuumed before he arrived. This was Thursday. I asked for all 3 things to be deep cleaned and deodorized. I let him know that I work from home and would be in the next room if he needed anything. 2 hours later he said he was done. There was a pleasant minty smell in my home at that point. He showed me everything, including a bunch of clumps of wet dog hair on everything that had been caused by the cleaning apparatus, and said I could pick them off myself if I wanted to. I thought that was strange and a little off putting, but whatever. He then told me everything would be dry in a few hours, and laid all the couch pillows on the floor. I thanked him for coming and went back to work while he got everything finished and packed up. In a couple hours, I was able to take a break and really check things out. There was water all over the floor. Kind of irritating but not a big deal so far. Then I noticed he'd left behind some piece of equipment about 4 ft long, a pair of scissors, a roll of duct tape, and there was a dirty soaking wet towel and a couple large wads of paper towels laying around. I texted him asking him to come get his stuff. I didn't say anything negative to him, as I hate to complain and was just glad to have the cleaning done. That night (about about 8 hours later) the sofas were still soaking wet. I decided to be patient. The next morning (Friday), I woke up to find everything still wet. I worked from my bedroom that day, since I had nowhere dry to sit in my living room. The next morning (Saturday/today) everything was drier finally, but there was a strong smell of ammonia coming from both sofas and the stairs. It got worse and worse as the day went on, and I'm writing this review from my bedroom, which is now the only place in my home that doesn't burn my lungs and make my eyes water. 4 calls to the office from both yesterday and today have gone unanswered. My sofa and loveseat are ruined. The smell is so strong that I can't go near them, or the stairs that are just a few feet away. If We Clean Carpet doesn't answer the phone, come back out, and fix this, I'm going to have to throw the sofas out. I don't have the money to replace them. And I can't rip the carpet out since my home is a rental. I paid about $200, naively thinking they were going to make my home a bit nicer. Instead they've made it 10 times worse. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I hired them to clean 2 sofas and 3 chairs. We were quoted $129.50 + tax. When he got here the quote went up to almost $360 to get it done. The equipment he brought in had a horrific smell and stunk up our entire home for hours, he even told me he was asked to leave another job because of the smell. He said it was "bad air" from previous jobs and he should probably change his filter. He had to use our hot water running at full blast for over 1 1/2 hours. When we was leaving he spilt some chemical all the way down our hallway leaving a long streak that WILL NOT come up. We attempted to clean it with everything you can imagine and our floors are destroyed in a home only 2 years old. I attempted to contact the service manager on 3 different occasions leaving messages to contact me about this problem. They refuse to call me back and put me directly into a voice-mail. I have never had such horrible service or response from a company that "guarantees" their work. They are forcing my hand to take a harsher approach to get this matter resolved. So, I paid a total of $233 for cleaning of one room that was 15x18, and two couches. Paid extra for the urine treatment, all that stuff. We called specifically to get the urine smell out. While he was cleaning, the urine smell got horrible. He told us it was because he spilled water in the bathroom. He didn't tell us that he covered the bathroom floor in water, used our towel to clean it up, then took our towel with him when he left. The carpet looked fine, our couches looked ok, but they smelled. He said it'd go away. I gave it time, a few days, a week. Finally realized the smell wasn't going away. This is in a game room, it's been completely unused since the cleaning, no one has even sat on the coaches. Animals have been locked out of the room. I got a Bissell from HEB and cleaned just the coaches myself and the picture attached is what came out of them. Now my coaches smell fine after I cleaned them. Our dog never stays in our room he just stays downstairs for some reason he got upstairs and had diarrhea in our bedroom and this was the main reason why I had to call a professional carpet cleaner to get our bedroom carpet cleaned because I myself can't get the stain off the carpet. They quoted me for $59 for 1 room and $2 for each steps of the stairs so I was expecting to pay less than $100, but when they arrived the technician gave me an invoice of $431, didn't give me a breakdown of what he charged me he just gave me the receipt after the fact. They charged the master bedroom as 2 rooms eventhough the big furnitures was not removed from the room there's a king size bed and dresser and big TV stand and a big size crib of our baby in the room and that being said the space that they're cleaning is for a regular size room but still charged me as 2 rooms. They charged for shampoo and conditioner $106 each(too much) and $80 for sanitation which I'm fine with because of the dog poop. I'm not happy with this service I had had carpet cleaned in the past and they never charged me with this amount and they were able to do the job they're supposed to do. After 1:00 with no show or communication to say they would be late or running behind the guy who answered stated they would be here after 2 pm. 2nd- the price is very deceiving. The guy was very professional and knowledgeable but I was shocked first of all when the van pulled - I had totally booked the wrong company. Should have stuck to my gut and canceled. Before he got started, the office called him to find out why no upcharge to my agreed upon service price. As soon as he brought a machine in and started running water from my kitchen sink for his machine; I was in full panic mode - definitely not steam cleaning. I asked him to stop, the carpeting and padding is too expensive to have water placed onto it. Folks are correct, the charge up front / I called the CC company while the company was still present logged dispute. I will also be contacting FTC fraudulent advertising.
