We solicited estimates from four tree service companies. Of these, Michael Fisher, owner of We Care Tree Care, impressed us the most. He inspected every aspect of the problem tree. He also looked at other trees on our property. Finally, he gave us the most detailed analysis and recommendation. So, we decided to go with We Care Tree Care. We are so glad we did. Michael Fisher and his team arrived on time on January 12, 2026. They did a spectacular job trimming our two elm trees and one maple tree. They went above and beyond what they had quoted us to trim the big maple tree. Finally, they removed all the broken branches and debris and left behind a very clean job site. During the cleanup process, however, some cables connected to our satellite dish were inadvertently knocked off our roof. Michael wasn't aware of this. On discovering it, we asked Michael to come back and put the cables back. Without hesitation, Michael came back, climbed on our roof, and secured the cables to the house. He truly went above and beyond the call of duty to make these cables tight and secure for years to come. In sum, we think Michael and his team did a stellar job with trimming our trees. Tried to reach him again as one of the trees fell on our neighbors driveway. He said he will come that same day (Sunday). Now it is Tuesday night and he is not responding to calls or messages. However, when I called from my business phone he called back and left a voicemail. This is very disappointing. *ignoring calls and messages is unprofessional, not responding if you will come or no at all. First time when hired you did the same but had decency to apologize because we took the day off work to be at home for tree removals. At the estimate, Michael took the time to look at all of the trees we needed removed and was the first person out of all our estimates to point out where our sprinklers were and how his crew would look for those when chasing and removing the roots and stumps. Michael and his crew did a fantastic job removing a very large and heavy oak branch that blew over during a recent wind event. The job was very tricky because they needed to remove the large oak branch without further damaging my beautiful Japanese Maple that was lying underneath. Also, a million ants had built a nest in the damaged oak which made the job even more difficult. In spite of that and without complaining, they got the job done in a timely manner and without any further damage to my Maple. Also, they cut the oak branches into smaller lengths as agreed and cleaned up and professionally removed all the brush. We wanted to have an oak tree tree trimmed that is located on a green belt behind house,but overhangs yard as well as our house. I contacted him Monday night with an emergency - we had a cracked branch right above our roof and needed help getting that branch and tree removed because it was just too big and too close to the house.
