The sales person was helpful and friendly, but the quality of the delivered products was poor. One of the chairs had its base installed upside down (felt on the top instead of the bottom). This appeared to be intentional, because the side that was supposed to be on the top was severely scratched. The delivery people took the chair to be "fixed" but so far we have no idea how or how well they will to do this. My confidence in this company is very low at the moment. Additionally, the fabric on the chairs is poorly upholstered. There are lots of unsightly wrinkles, and the seams are a bit uneven. For a high end brand that charges top dollar, these levels of quality and service are completely unacceptable. If the company makes things right for us, I will amend this review.

I then met with a few designers at Arizona Tile and everyone kept showing me stone backsplash or a white ceramic tile backsplash. I knew that wasn't the look I wanted for my kitchen but I had no idea what it was I was looking for. I wanted something light, bright, classic but with a sandy look as we live near the beach. I contacted Carole and she immediately had a suggestion to look at large glass tiles. She had a few at home for me to look at and then met me at Arizona Tile to pick the perfect color. She suggested I go with the 4x12 Matte Islandia Lanai tile and it was exactly what I was wanting. She then helped me find the perfect grout and suggested I do the traditional subway style to give me a more classic look. After weeks of debating, Carole helped me pick out and design my backsplash in under an hour. Two weeks later our fabricator went to pick up our two slabs and found out that our perfect countertop had been double sold and was on its way to Las Vegas. We were in a panic. This was going to delay our kitchen project weeks. I called Carole and she dropped everything and met me at Arizona Tile to go through numerous lots of similar slabs. Nothing was right. Some were too brown, others too green. Carole insisted that they bring out more slabs for us and we managed to find two slabs that were possibly even prettier than my original ones. Project was back underway and only delayed by one day. I can't thank Carole enough for helping me with the design of my kitchen remodel. She made what was stressful into a fun, easy project. Their quote for the job was very reasonable- much cheaper than the other contractor we had come out to give us a bid. They also finished the job way ahead of schedule. Our kitchen turned out WAY more beautiful then we could have ever imagined! Everyone that comes over comments on how amazing our kitchen looks! First, my father was not trying to be the 'supervisor" of the project--he was simply making sure things were done correctly, which became necessary due to ongoing issues. The only delay came from mistakes made on their end, not ours they chose the engineer company and said that they have used them before. Ben denies this piece of information and as the owner of the company, he never came once to review anything in our project didn't even know there was a problem with the engineer or the way the trusses were misbuilt. Normally the general contractor is in charge of the whole project was what I was told. I never knew construction companies outsourced to other companies. but even if they outsource some of the work, they should still be responsible if they do something wrong and should absolutely never blame it on the client "me" who knows nothing about construction or engineering companies. When they refused to take responsibility, we had no choice but to bring in another contractor to fix their errors. As for the CSLB complaint, while they may not have found anything 'illegal,' that does not mean the experience was ethical or professional. If this company truly stands by their work, they wouldn't need to deflect blame Or write "karma is coming for me" I'm sharing my experience so others can make informed decisions."
