I have used Wayne's for my lawncare for a couple of years now. They are very expensive. The broke a window in my house and it took months to get it replaced. They did eventually pay for the repair. Today, they broke the metal lock on my garden gate. The workers knew they broke it, and then left my house without even admitting to it. A supervisor just came by to look at the damage, and wants to argue about how the latch is rusty. They are unwilling to fix the gate. Wants me to pay part of the bill due to the age of the gate. Today is my last day dealing with these folks. Take my advice and get your lawn done by someone else. These folks are more trouble than they are worth! read more

We used Waynes for both lawn service and landscaping. My lawn looked no better than when my husband was doing it. Which I guess is a good review for my husband but not so much for Waynes. We canceled the service. I also had them place pavers and put new shrubs in. One whole row of shrubs died which they did replace but they were replaced by the wrong plants even though we showed them a picture of the plant and when they were putting them in my husband asked if the leaves would turn purple as we requested and they said yes. They just bloomed and the leaves remained green and it bloomed a white flower. I called and spoke with a serviceman, he said he would come out and take a look at the yard and he has never showed up or called me back. I will never use them again and recommend you don't unless you don't care what plants are placed at your home. read more

I have a termite bond with them and while I was at work without approval to perform work they installed the sentricon system on my property damaging my drainage system. The guy put two right in the middle of the pipe. They don't tell you when they are coming and certainly don't mark for utility lines. read more

We have had lawn service with waynes in the past and canceled that because they do not have very well trained people. We have the termite protection now but only because that is who we used for a termite bond when we built our house. I do not recommend them for either service. We had the centricon system installed and they never uncover all of them to be checked on the yearly inspection. My husband walks around the house with them when they come to inspect so he can see the the system is checked for termites. All I can say is buyer beware. read more

Have used various providers for lawn, pest, etc in the past and Wayne's has proven to be the best consistently. I used Tru Green for years and constantly had to request re-treatments for weeds. Two years with Wayne's and the lawn is as weed free as ever. Their techs truly care and take pride in their work! read more

Ever since Wayne's took over Monarch's business in the Nashville area, it has been a disaster for our lawn care - missed appointments, charging for work they didn't do, over-seeding our lawn with the wrong type of grass... We've had it all. Now, they can't even get turning on our irrigation right. read more

the worst company to have they have the worst customer service representatives. they never do call you back even though i called over and over and i got a call back after 2 weeks i would not recomed them to anyone. i have never been spoken to with such a way in my life. read more
