Mint cookies and cream milkshake
Shula R.

Went to try the Wawa Pickle menu (iykyk) and it was kind of a mixed bag. Biggest pleasant surprise was the pickle pizza (not a fan of their regular pizza). It had a great dill pickle flavor. The hoagie was also a solid choice but not better than a Pub sub. The Mac and cheese had the chicken chopped which isn't how it shows in app and was missing the crispy pickles which I think they could have helped it. The quesadilla was pretty fat but definitely a bit lopsided in their ingredients. The center piece had 85% of the chicken. The burger had potential but wasn't the best burger we've had there. Unfortunately the milkshake was melty by the time it got to our car as they probably made before all the food was ready. Usually Wawa is solid, but they missed the mark on several things today.

I came here to grab some caffeine and decided on trying their Cheesy Bruschetta that was prepared on ciabatta bread, along with some mashed avocado as an extra I was willing to pay for. I also enjoyed my caramel macchiato here, but the guy who made it filled it up way too much. I had to wipe off the spill on the coffee essentials counter. For gas station food, it wasn't too bad. I took the other half of the sandwich home since it filled me up enough. This is also a very convenient location next to the Tire Kingdom while waiting for getting the flat tire fixed.

Every time I drive by a Wawa, I stop to check out the inside of the store and to see if they have any nice good snacks to buy. Since it is a chain, many of the stores have the same products and inventory, but I guess, sometimes due to shortages in delivery or because of the demand of the product by the customers, you see different stuff available at different stores. I saw these Dark Chocolate Almonds and they were calling my name...so I got some....really tasty and a great sweet snack. The people working here were very friendly and they seemed very busy doing their jobs all around the store. Good quick shopping experience.

Chicken salad sub and cream of broccoli soup combo. Can't beat the price, only $5.49

I like this Wawa because service is always fast and the employees have always been very nice. The gas here is also always at least a few cents Lord than any of the gas stations in the area and it's easy to get in and out of the parking lot as there are multiple entrances. Ordering food is very easy and they have a wide selection of breakfast foods, subs, soup, snacks, coffee etc. I love their broccoli cheese soup, it's creamy, has nice pieces of broccoli in it and is simply delicious. All in all a good place to gas up and grab some quick food or snacks.

Never again will I patronize this business. I ordered a simple sandwich and it took them 30 MINUTES to deliver my order. Everyone who ordered after me was serviced before me and they all had complex orders. They didn't even apologize for the wait when it came to me but apologized to everyone else! I should throw this sandwich at the front door!

This review pertains to WaWa app and my experience today, Thursday, March 7, 2019. The WaWa app doesn't work on my Android phone. I've installed and uninstalled several times and still nothing. Bummer?! Wonder why?? Other than the app not properly working, I so love WaWa and all it's fluff! I've never been one to go to lunch at a gas station, seems weird...but WaWa's gives me the feel of a sidewalk cafe. This has become my new fav place to come to grab a quick bite to eat and fill up! Today's regular gas price $2.209.. Wawa is usually much less than it's competition By the way, it's SIPTOPIA month, you can buy a 16-oz smoothie for $2 or 20-oz for $3. Wish there were more WaWa locations.

WaWa on Stirling Rd.

Located on Stirling Rd., I can't help but raise an eyebrow on the name...WaWa...sounds like something a one year old would say repeatedly. Is the name short for something? Is it an acronym? If anyone knows, please let me know. Now I usually get my gas at Racetrac, but after comparing their $2.59 a gallon to WaWa's $2.47 a gallon, I had to be a bit reasonable with my money. Now on the outside of WaWa, it looks like your typical gas station, but on the inside, it looks like a mixture of a mini Dunkin Donuts, a convenience store, and Starbucks (I'm assuming, I never been to Starbucks). I was in awe at what I was seeing: various donuts, coffees, sandwiches, prepared foods, cold beverages, chips, candy, etc. There were about three counters and at first I didn't know where to stand. Then I noticed the large counter was where you order food at and the two smaller counters was where you make other purchases, depending on how many cashiers there are. The place was pretty packed so I had to stand in line. When it was my turn, the female employee was friendly as she added the amount of money to the pump I was at. Alright I must admit the place is impressive and the price for gas is a bit less than what the other gas stations are selling it for, but I'm still a Racetrac girl. Doesn't mean I wouldn't stop in from time to time.

Subs and UTZ chips in the park!

Out running errands, needed gas and saw gas was $4.45 a gallon. Decided to grab a quick lunch and head to local park for a nice break. I had 6 inch Tuna, husband had 6inch chicken Salad. Both Fresh and delicious and only $5.00 each! . Being from Maryland, we were happy to find UTZ Crab Chips! Nice staff, good food and lowest price for gas in my area. Stop in!

Jalapeño Cheese Stuffed Pretzel
Christopher E.

To preface this Wawa food is usually amazing but now time to try the Jalapeño Cheese Stuffed Pretzel something new let's begin this review I got a Pepsi and the jalapeño cheese stuffed pretzel now and it's warm smells very good time to try it the cheese on the outside is pretty good by just pulling little bits off but biting in can't taste the outside cheese anyways biting in it's very goey and warm a little bit of spice is something different just like a good warm pretzel the cheese is almost like queso it's amazing almost like Mac and cheese very enjoyable I would suggest tho more spice it seems boring and needs abit more spice to spice up my experience overall I really like this Pretzel the Pepsi is pretty good just normal Pepsi spicy burps cause the jalapeño but I would eat that pretzel again just with more spice and maybe less burnt on cheese on the actual pretzel itself not too busy today there so that's good I'm gonna rate this a 4 just overall needs spice and some stand out melted cheese flavor on the outer pretzel would be great also a great idea grilled cheese covered pretzel (this review was posted at 3:46 PM I was busy with family so I got around to posting this review) (I highly suggest just trying Wawas food it usually is great especially the Waffle and Cheese Meat sandwich that one's amazing) (This review was written in fully Chronological order of the tastes I experienced bits were generalized when it comes the busyness of the store)

Madness on opening day!!!

You're not going to get a gourmet burger at a grab-and-go food joint like this but it's definitely good. The menu has a variety of burgers to choose from with a good assortment of toppings. At $18 for my combo with a drink & fries, I felt it was a fair price for the quality & quantity that I was given. The first thing I noticed was that the egg was cooked perfectly. It had a runny yolk & wasn't cooked all the way through. The burger itself was a thick patty cooked medium but it was still juicy. The bacon slices were big & there was plenty of lettuce/tomato/onions to the point I had to take some off. That's a good problem to have. They served me a mountain of fries that were super fresh. Overall, this is a good spot if you want a quick burger inside the Hard Rock. Fast service, fresh food. Can't go wrong.

The guy working the front counter was very friendly and attentive and got my order down very quickly and told me he would call me when my burger was ready. I decided to get the Cordon Bleu Burger which was a fried chicken patty, a slice of bread cheese, caramelized apples and a little drizzle on top of something sweet. I was actually shocked at how amazing the flavor was of this burger. The brie cheese was melted wonderfully and had a nice flavor to it. The caramelized apples were shockingly good without being too sweet! The chicken patty itself was a very nice size and ridiculously hot that I had to give it a couple minutes after taking a few bites because it was that hot in temperature, which is amazing in my opinion! The french fries were decent however they could definitely use some salt because they tasted as if they didn't season them whatsoever. For the price of about $10 for my burger it is honestly reasonable and I'm surprised that it was that cheap, especially the fact it was in the hard rock. Pretty nice prices and food that is shockingly good for a quick kiosk. I will definitely stop by here again the next time I'm at the Hard Rock and need a quick Burger on the go! I love how many different options there were and the shakes also looked very good however I didn't get one but I definitely plan on it next time! The place has some nice signs and is very easy to see while you're walking around and that was one of the reasons it drew me to get some food from here! I like the open seating arrangement also because it shares an area with a multitude of other locations with different foods!

We got a table and then proceeded to wait over 30 minutes for 2 burgers. When the food arrived, my angry cow burger wasn't so angry since it was missing the jalapeños it was supposed to come with. I then had to go back up and wait to get someone's attention to get my jalapeños. The only saving grace was the food itself which was ok but probably tasted a bit better than actual cause we were starving at that point. Disappointing visit.

I ordered take out and there were probably a dozen employees behind the register and off to the side handling drive thru orders? I don't even know if they have drive thru here, but it seemed they do because these employees were in a separate section. Anyway, despite all the employees no one could tell me where pick up for take out orderes was. No signs and this was very annoying. How can they not know this?!? Finally got the food and went home. I ordered the Butterburger with cheddar. I thought it was pretty good. Nothing too memorable but not bad at all. I am glad I ordered the large fry because I shared these with my Mom and well, there wasn't too many fries for a large. A medium must be super skimpy. She got the Culver's Deluxe including tomato and American cheese. I took a bite to see which I liked better and surprisingly, the burgers tasted the same!! She did have tomato but it had zero flavor. The American cheese tasted like my cheddar. Odd or maybe they just put the same cheese on each one. I assume mine was not cheddar because there was no distinctive flavor. For a company based off their love of Wisconsin cheese, I was not impressed with the cheese on the burgers. Oddly enough, what stood out to me most about the whole meal was the cheddar cheese sauce for $1.79. This was excellent and I would actually stop at Culver's just for this. It was still warm when I ate it at home. I was really anxious for the Concrete and it is nothing to write home about. I got vanilla custard with mini M&Ms and fudge. It was OK. Certainly not bad but I am not on the Culver's bandwagon. The burgers look so sad in the photos. :(
