This is the stop we go to before heading off to FedEx field to get subs and snacks. The subs here are delicious and I know its always weird when you are getting food like that from a gas station but this Wawa is always good. I've never had a bad experience with the food here, its better than any Subway anyday. The customer service is also good, they are very friendly. They are well organized and keep the lines moving fast especially on game day when there are tons of people. I wish we had Wawas in Northern VA! read more

This Wawa location is perpetually super busy. That being said, they still do a good job. I have never waited long to check out or more than 7 minutes for a sandwich. Other than having some of the lowest gas prices around, this location offers free air (although sometimes there is a line for it). They also have the full food service portion. If you are missing something for dinner, it is also a great place to pick up milk, bread, etc. at a reasonable price. read more

Surprise there is a Wawa in the Beltway. Be careful of the crazy circle at the exit heading to the shopping stores. Relax, it has a gas station. It is actually a major stop for tourist bus even though its square footage is small. read more

I was traveling home to VA and stopped here to change my infant and grab a snack. This Wawa is filthy! It should be shut down it was so unsanitary. The floors looked like they hadn't been swept or mopped all day and the bathrooms were worse. One of the toilets had poop splattered on it. There is no baby changing station either. I didn't buy anything because I was afraid I would get sick. I had to give it 1 star to write this but I give it 0 stars!!!! This saddens me because I love Wawa. read more

Stopped here today and ordered the breakfast and beef subs which were amazing! Service was fast and food was fresh. The coffee was on point as well. We've stopped here quite a few times and we've always had good experiences. And they are always super busy, so that says a lot. read more

I'm writing this review about my experience here today and once again , I left a happy elated customer..I brought a sandwich here today , usually I'll go for a cold sandwich but this time I ordered a hot sub which was prepared with care ..My sandwich was made according to what I asked for, hot and delicious.. There is no doubt that I will return to this location ...The drawback is that it's extremely busy but they do try to make an effort to keep things flowing smoothly..I wouldn't recommend going there very late at night on the weekends..it's super busy and riff raff are there..There are usually cops hanging around but not always..other than that,the place is convenient.. read more

Wawa is my go to spot for smoothies and soft pretzels. I tried something new here today, I chose a turkey sandwich.. And I have to say they trumped subway for me. It's made to order with their touch screen ordering system and its made fresh and quick. My sandwich came out perfect.. This morning I needed gas and decided to stop at the WAWA. Once there I decided to get a breakfast sandwich. I ordered my sandwich on the screen waited 10 mins. for it to be ready and to my surprise when I got to work and opened the sandwich it was not what I ordered. To make it worst the bread was tuff and gummy. If you are going to require customers to pay for their food in advance at least makes sure their order is correct. I've been to this Wawa many times to get gas. Today was the first day I went into the store to try what my friends had been raving out--some sort of cream cheese pretzel. I walked in and the first thing I noticed was how busy the place was. I was a bit confused on how the whole ordering set up was arranged, so when I asked for help, I was half-heartedly directed to a general area. Still confused, I walked up to a cashier, where she bluntly told me, "I'm closed, baby". After a couple more small incidents of negative customer service, I finally left with my mac and cheese and a cheddar cheese (they supposedly had no cream cheese) pretzel. Neither snack item was all that great. The mac and cheese tasted like Stouffer's brand, and the pretzel was hard as a rock. To top things off, it's horrible trying to get out of this Wawa's parking lot and back onto the main road. I probably won't be coming back to this location, unless I really have to. read more

This Wawa needs some major help my first time going in there the lines were long and It was only one cashier at the counter waiting on customers. But it was about 4 to 5 people in the back supposedly making sandwiches and that line WAS NOT long. Then it was trash on the floor which is nasty because they serve food. I regret having to write this, but it must be done. I love this Wawa. I have been coming here for years and have had nothing but pleasant experiences. The customer service has always been superb, no matter what time of day or night I come. That is, until last night. I stopped by Wawa on my way home to get a sandwich (as I occasionally do on Thursday evenings). I normally order turkey sandwiches, but last night, I was in the mood for an Italian sandwich. I look on the sandwich menu on the order screen, and alas, Italian sandwiches are not available. That's a minor annoyance. No problem...I said, "I'll go with my usual turkey sandwich." Turkey sandwiches were available. However, what would go inside of a turkey sandwich? Not so much. Now, I normally get lettuce, onions, tomatoes, pickles, and hot peppers. The only fixings available on the screen were lettuce, tomatoes, sweet peppers, roasted peppers, and another thing that I can't quite remember (something I DO NOT order on my sandwiches). How do you NOT have onions and pickles available to make sandwiches? Back in the day when I used to eat Subway, I never heard of such a problem arising. Of course, Wawa's sandwiches are much better than Subway. However, the point is that a sandwich making establishment should have the fixings needed for their customers. Plain and simple. It also has nothing to do with the time of evening that I went there. I have been there at 10pm or later and had a sandwich made with all of the fixings as usual. Also, the customer service was severely lacking. It just seemed like the sandwich makers were only concerned with each other and being giddy. I was truly appalled by the lack of professionalism shown by the staff. This Wawa has put a bit of a bad taste in my mouth. I'll still buy gas from here, but that's about it until the customer service improves and supplies are stocked as they should be. read more

I am a fan of Wawa and am truly in ah of their delicious sub style sandwiches. I love the convience and customer service that they offer but this particular location is lacking in that it doesn't cater to customers who are not coming in to shop or hang out. On more then one occassion I can recall myself and other customers circling the gas pumps in hopes of refueling our vehicles. It's sad that someone who is paying at the pump is made to wait while another customer chooses to go inside and make additional purchases as well as pay for gas all while there vehicle is reserving a space at the pump! SO now I am made to wait for the other customer not to mention he still has to come out and refuel his vehicle, this is unexceptable and why I have not been back to that location. I love the conveience that Wawa offers but not at the expense of my time! read more
