I hurt my lower back in my lumbar and upper sacrum regions and went through two years of multiple various treatment methods. You name it, I tried it: electrotherapy, physical therapy, chiropractor, pain pills, ice packs, heating pads, anti-inflammatory, icy/hot gel, cortisone shots, deep tissue massages, and so forth. Things would work temporarily, but after a couple hours or a day it would become soar and inflamed. I've always been apprehensive with needles, so I tried to push acupuncture as a later option. I talked to many people about it and actually found many positive and wonderful comments, so I thought hey why not, what's there to lose? I make an appointment with Charlotte, she schedules her own appointment and also talks you through the process and first appointment on the phone which made me feel more comfortable. The appointment was wonderful and actually much easier and stress free than what I thought, She talked to me about my history and how I've tried to resolve the pain. She asked about my diet and sleeping and gave me some smart tips on foods that contain anti-inflammatory. Her office is in a superb location right off fashion island, easy parking, and her office/rooms are exceptionally clean. Very professional setting I must say. The actual procedure didn't hurt at all!! Very surprised!! And I almost feel asleep on the table (and have dosed off a couple of times) because she lets you relax with music and a heating lamp! She gave me some herbs to take home to with help the inflammation too! I've been seeing her for three months now and I'm back to running my miles again, couldn't be happier!

Do I have to wait more than a few minutes. Dr. D is very consistent in her treatment of her patient. Valorie in the front is so welcoming and tries so hard to appease a patient.
