I especially liked the hand written thank you messages from satisfied customers down the walls; when I asked Cody how that came to be, he explained that when he was starting out as a new entrepreneur, letting customers sign their names in a rainbow of colors was a cost effective and unique way to decorate. Face's came up as one of the first barbershops during a quick Google search as did a big "book now" button which linked to the Booksy app. I thought it was great that I could just look at a calendar and book a time which worked for me instead of having to call. But I also liked the positive reviews and the photos I saw. My appointment, booked online, worked seamlessly. Dave was ready when I walked in and gave me a great cut.
