Let me start by saying that there is two parts to this review…read more My irrigation well pump was gurgling when watering. That indicates it was pulling in air along with water. I had the guys come out and they did a great job of putting in a longer well line to eliminate the issue. Now for the second part: it should never have come to this having to be done. It seems the guy who did the original install of the well pipe did not measure the well depth correctly. I had to have it lowered an additional 13 feet. The water/air issue did not manifest itself for 6 years so there was no warranty and I had to pay for this mistake. So I rate the work the guys did to correct it as 5 stars. For the original work, no stars. I'll be kind and make it a total of 2 stars. Update: Jersey Shore called to apologize for the error made with the original incorrect well depth measurement and I was informed that I will get a full refund on the cost for the fix. This was unexpected but it is nice to know that some companies will stand by the work they do. 5 stars earned.

I hesitated whether to even waste my time posting a review but wrong is wrong and Morgan's deserves…read moreto be called out on their wrongdoing. I entered into a contract with this company to provide lawn treatment to me. My lawn has a good amount of random grasses and weeds. It looked passable but I wanted to see if Morgan's could help it look better. The first treatment began in April. As the summer went on, the lawn looked okay but I didn't see any significant change and I had just as much Nutsedge as I did before with the front lawn looking the worst. I was told that I had a lot of Kyllinga which supposedly is a problem grass/weed which seems to be everywhere in Toms River specifically Holiday City. Okay whatever. So I was then told about the options of seeding, etc. to really improve my lawn, blah blah blah. I made it abundantly clear that I was in no way interested in paying anymore money to try to improve the lawn. It is what it is and between the deer crap and the ant hills, it just wasn't worth it to me. As long as it was green and okay to look at, I didn't care what kind of grass it was. I was more annoyed at the nutsedge than anything else since it sticks up much further than the rest of the lawn. So now we're down to around the second week in August and I'm getting the last treatment before the final Fall one. I come home on August 21st from work and I find half of my front lawn is rust/orange in color and looked like someone put some kind of poison over my front lawn (see pics). I was horrified to say the least. I immediately contacted Morgans and asked what happened. I was told that that treatment was done to kill the Kyllinga which I never agreed to do. So now the arguing goes back and forth and this owner is by far one of the rudest people I've ever met. Total disrespect and disregard; no accountability. The end result.....they had to seed for free because I certainly wasn't paying for their screw up. You do that to someone's lawn without their knowledge so you can force them into paying for additional services, seeding, etc.? Had I been told that that treatment was going to do that to my lawn, I would have said forget it!!!!!!! Now I have the worst looking lawn on the block. In addition, when they came to do the freebie for me, they cracked one of my sprinkler pipes. Great, now I have to deal with this guy again. I took a video, sent it to him and asked him how he wanted to proceed. Lucky for him, he sent someone that Monday to fix it. All in all, I spent almost $400 for a lawn that looks like the last two pics I'm going to post which I took a few minutes ago.

When they finally did show, they had the gall to try to bill me $1,000 for that. After making it clear that in every single phone call before I made it clear that I do not agree to pay for repairs, and it would be covered under warranty, they continued to harass me to pay for "opening", which I also explicitly said I will do myself, and do not need them to do if they intent to charge me. At this point, they claim they will be sending the bill to collections, despite me never hiring them, or requesting them do any services that come at a cost to me. Complete dishonest clown show.
