We have been using Waste pro for about 4 years. Have never had a problem with pickup, usually arrives on scheduled day for pickup. Can remember just 1 day they were late and it was because of a hurricane. Great company to work with. read more

They do a great job. My only complaint is that if a holiday is on Monday and your pick up day is Tuesday, you don't know when they will pick up your trash. In the past when this happened, your pick up day slipped a day, which is fine. I called Waste Pro today and asked if pick up slipped a day because of Labor Day, they told me they didn't know. They said they'd be by Tuesday or Wednesday. I'll probably have garbage strewn all over the road tomorrow morning. read more

I have had Waste Pro, (which they should change their name to Waste No", since 2011. Back then I paid around $60+ dollars a quarter for a ONE day a week trash pickup. Now its over $90.00 a quarter for the same one day pickup but now the service has lessened. We just had a storm (Hurricane Debby) and they did not pick up my palm frawns today. When I called their office to complain, I was told they don't do that, even though in the past they always have. She explained that it was always their policy to not pick up yard waste and that I need to take it to the local dump or burn it. So, let me get this straight...I am paying Waste Pro ( I mean Waste NO), MORE money now than ever so that I still have to spend my money in gas plus my time to drive some of the waste to the dump! This is a rural area I live in, the dump isn't around the corner and if I have to drive there for one thing I might as well take all my trash and stop paying you!!! This company continues to raise prices while offering no explanation for the increase and instead now choosing what they wont pick up or classify as trash. I could understand if were tires, old paint, etc., but palm frawns, especially AFTER a hurricane? This company is shameful and disgusting and just like everyone else, just money grabbers continuing to screw the customers while lining their pockets! Let me add that I am a veteran of the United States Air Force, and I served this country EVERY Single day while on active duty to protect the rights and freedoms companies like Waste Pro (Waste NO), enjoy and take for granted! I didn't get to serve one day a week, like your one day a week pickup of trash and I didn't get to pick and choose WHO I would serve and protect; like you are choosing what trash you wont pick up while robbing us blind! Its time for me to shop for a new company for my trash services and I will let everyone on social media, Yelp, etc., know NOT to use your company!! read more
