It appeared they stopped as soon as we left then charged us as if they had completed the job. I know, right, we shouldn't have left but this company had a good reputation and I trusted them to complete the job they were hired to do. In the chaos of moving, I had left my wallet there and when I returned to get it, $200 was missing from it. I have tried to work this out with the local franchise but they do not call back. We gave them a $300 tip for gods sake. I will be calling the local police department in an effort to report the stolen money and let them know exactly who stole it.
