Only thing worse than WM price and service is the Customer Service. Collection truck did not pick up rubbish. Spent all morning getting the truck to come back. When he came he damaged the bin. spent over an hour on the phone to schedule repair. Repair scheduled for next pick up day. Wasn't repaired. Customer service first said bin wasn't left out however truck emptied it. Then said repair was completed. Customer service said repair would be expedited and would be done in 3-5 days. I wish I could give less than 1 star. Their service used to be fine. They switched things around to recycle pick up every other week which never fits in their tote. They won't take anything outside of a tote. You can't cancel online. They make you call to do that. I was on hold yesterday for an hour and a half until the phone lines shut off. I've been on hold for more than an hour so far today. I'm still on hold. I have to believe this is intentionally difficult to cancel service. Find another garbage service. read more

My personal experience is that their residential service is horrible. They used to be ok, but now they miss , especially recycling... no signs of conscientious or reliable service... look elsewhere. read more
