I told her financing was not going to be an issue, the only way I would not buy the home was if it was in horrible shape. This home was a fixer and on the low end of what she would have made on commission. During the coversation she said more than once she did not want to waste her time. I would not take my business to this comp. .. If This comp doesn't want to show homes that are on the cheap side they should not list them. . I called Remax in town and they got me in the house with in a half hour of me going to their office .. Joanne Gretencord went out of her way to help pre qualified or not.. and the fact is I was going to pay cash for the house, because of the all the help from Remax I decided to use the cash I was going to pay up front and use it for downpayments on 2 rental homes!!!! So Windsor Reality and the woman who did not waste her time.. gave away $100,000 of sales...
