He makes you feel as if you're his only patient taking whatever time is needed to answer any questions and keep you informed of the treatment plans. My husband came to the center unable to walk because of spine surgery and with a diagnosis of a blood disorder.  As a result of Dr. Thorpe's thoroughness, it turned out that there was no blood disorder.  The usual blood tests provided inaccurate results. The physical and occupational therapists were equally caring and skilled. The therapies had him walking and slowly becoming self sufficient. The nursing care cannot be praised enough. They were always responsive to his needs and often checked in just to see how he was doing. Our care navigator, Ms. Enitan Macarthy worked to maintain quality care and made the transition home seamless. We owe a debt of gratitude to the entire staff for getting my husband functioning well enough to come home.

After the nurse took my vitals and examined my arm we were sent to the waiting room to wait 30 minutes more and never got the shot. My wife asked a nurse about the doctor and slow service the nurse told her " if you don't like the service here you can leave " in an insulting manner . We left and got my tetanus shot at a grocery store pharmacy without having to wait. Other patients with young children with fevers , etc also spent a long time to be seen. We rate this clinic 0 out of 10 for the inefficient , unprofessional staff. Patient First should be renamed patient last. George P

They give you the straight news without fluff, but they have great personalities, too. Friendly, but serious. The administrators have been super wonderful with me, as well. I've talked to the Greenbelt person before and she's very friendly over the phone. The Annapolis rep is as well, and she's very professional but kind and friendly in person, too. Great "bedside manner," so to speak. Knows how to connect to patients, while still being very professional. I obviously don't like that I have to see a doctor, because that generally means you're not 100% healthy, but if I had to pick one, it would be Dr. Ruddick (or Dr. Ipakchi). In fairness, those are the only two I think I have ever dealt with, but they are both amazing. Hard to pick just one.
