The Owner's keep up the business, but what is disappointing are those that litter, damage, misuse the public facility. Laundry card is easier, convenient, & safer to use than cash. Not clean at all,! Cannot use cash, it has be on a card which you are charged $1.00 for. Older machines and not very well kept up! At least 4 were down, Teo of the washing machines had the wrong price on them. First time here and the last time as well! read more

Only getting 1 star because I have to give a star to review. What a scam. Can't use quarters. Only credit or debit cards. Oh and you have to pay an additional dollar for the wash card. What a crock. Watch out! This is the perfect scenario for a card skimmer. read more

Decent laundromat with a really clean restroom; especially for a 24 hour model. Dryers could speed up a bit to get warmer faster, which would be more cost efficient for customers. Overall, this location gets the job done, so not bad overall. read more

I wash large items about once a week and was so happy when I found this location. The owners used to keep it clean and well kept. Machines were wiped down,carpets were clean and swept, trash was emptied and glass was clean. I'm not sure what's going on but it's gone completely down hill. They did replace some machines but at $7-9.00 per load I expect cleanliness read more

Couldn't have nicer things to say. Although I am not a permanent resident of Youngstown I did pass through here while picking up a rare bonsai tree (a rainforest banyan style, for those "in the know") and of course, soiled my one set of "nice" clothes. I had some clients to see in Cincinatti the next day and the whole thing could have been a complete disaster if it wasn't for the clean, modern and helpful laundry at Washing Well. I mean imagine just pulling in randomly off the road and being able to throw your grape juice stained shirt and slacks in a washing machine and dryer and be on your way in less than 3 hours. One of the employees even let me wear some old clothes from the lost and found while I waited for mine to finish. Pretty remarkable. The only reason i'm not giving it 5 stars is that there was a little bit of drama while I was there between some customers and it got a little heated and semi-scary but of course that had nothing to do with the business itself. They probably can't help it, since it is a public place. read more

One of the best places to go and do your laundry. The staff is super friendly and will go out of their way to help you with whatever you need. The building is attended until 7pm everyday so you know you and your belongings are safe. Building is very clean and all washing machines work very well! read more

Used Washing Well while we were waiting for delivery of our new washer and dryer. They have decent machines that work fine. The dryers are older models but they work well. The facility is clean, bathroom is clean, and there's ample parking. Inside isn't spacious but it isn't cramped, either. There's an atm machine, and the usual vending machines, but it's the vintage Pac-Man game that really seals the deal. read more

I always went because it was clean and not always over crowded...I went day before New year's not wanting dirty clothes going into the new year. I had two loads and three comforters.. I put all three comforters in the median size washer..no prob. I put all three in the dryer they were spinning still had a little wiggle room but when I checked on them before the dryer stop all three were burnt in various places and two were stuck, all three in bad condition. I wrote a detailed note.. Left my phone no. never received a phone call. I went back in two days later..the owner(I assume)told me it was my fault I over stuff the dryer and there was no replacing them. I told him I should have known when I didn't receive a phone call..he stated that I didn't leave a phone no.. really? I'll never go there again, as if I have money to buy three replacements. He could have at least been willing to replace one...but I guess that's how the rich stay rich read more

I came here today to dry my laundry and the lady working today was nice as all get out. I asked her if she would be able to heat up my coffee I got from Dunkin and she even did that for me. This location is always clean and the dryers work great saving me money. This place is as good as it gets. The only downfall is they don't do dry cleaning anymore. read more

This is my first time using Washing Well Laundry. First, it is the cleanest laundromat that I have ever used, everything from the floors, machines, bathroom and vending machines which are well stocked. I take the heavy things like large blankets and bedspreads to wash for my wife that will not fit in our washer. To pass the time away I bring my laptop to work on my food blog. The Washing Well offers free WIFI, which is a big plus for me. Waiting for my items to wash I met the owners, they are very nice. With all the positives about this place, I will continue to be a steady customer. read more

I go to this laundromat a couple times a month, since its the one closest to my home. The star rating for this establishment doesn't really accurately reflect it, but it's the closest that I could get it. The facilities are the nicest of any laundromat that I've seen since college, and the machines are always in good working order. I did have one incident in which a few pieces of my clothing were stained by something in the machine, presumably because someone left something in there. The employees are always cleaning, and tidying the place up and generally friendly with the exception of one employee I've had a couple incidents with. The other employee that I've dealt with in the 6 months I've been going here has always been friendly and generally helpful. read more

Used the drop off service. Was very pleased with the result. I was called when the work was complete and found the clothes clean, nicely scented, and folded. The service was $0.99 per pound of clothes which is very reasonable. The minimum charge is for 10 lbs and I only had 8 but I can honestly say I would have spent double. It is very clean and some nice machines however the attendant behind the customer service counter was incredibly rude she outright refused to give change for their bill breaker when all I was there to do was spend money in their machines so I had to stick a $20 bill in a bill breaker machine for $20 in quarters when all I needed was maybe $5 worth to wash one item. She said and I quote there's no way I'm giving you any money to put in that bill breaking machine and what you don't use I'll buy back, excuse me but isn't that the same thing? I can't find anything wrong with this place. It's a clean, well~maintained, brightly lit laundromat with very friendly staff and patrons.
