About three years ago when I moved here I tried wash and go depot and you got my car really clean. I don't know if they've changed something but the prices have gone through the roof and half the time I get home and end up having to do quite a bit of extra cleaning, I have a brand new car or at least three years old and it's parked in my garage it's not like it's parked under a tree full of bird nests or that there's a pack of wild pigeons after my car daily. So typically my car is on the cleaner side when I run through wash and go Depot. I've also noticed some fine line scratching, so I think it probably pays just wash your car at Home and Invest in some detailing equipment. It will mist certainly protect the factory paint and your investment. read more

Bug splatter is not removed during repeated washing. It doesn't even remove splatter from the windshield. Indifferent workers on site. When explaining the lack of cleaning they merely shrug their shoulders and suggest putting the car through a second time. Unfortunately the second wash does no better than the first one. Very little effort on their part to satisfy the patrons. read more

Terrible car wash. I had my car washed on a slow day and they stacked the cars so close that my car and the truck in front of me collided when the truck in front of me jumped the track. Of course they claim we are not responsible. So my insurance company is checking into it. If you do not want your vehicle damaged, stay away from here! read more

This program started out great. Then I added another vehicle and received double billings for 2 different amounts, which was explained as the way they had to add a vehicle to the family plan. However, each time I took my second vehicle in for a wash, it was marked with the basic rinse(1) rather than the wash (2) I received on the original vehicle. Now with the "NEW" system, I received an email (2) stating that My plans had been canceled in accordance with my request. ( I did not cancel).A phone call to the company advised the new bill which I was already charged for was 23.99 and covered only one vehicle. To add another was outrageously high to wash 2 vehicles. A total rip off and to say that I was ever really satisfied with the wash was a never my thought. The convenience flew out the window with the outragious charge and poor accounting practices. Long story short......wash my own vehicles and let you guys sit and twiddle your thumbs as no one patronizes your business. read more

Their official stance is that they don't monitor the merger lanes and it is the honor system. I've lived here long enough to know that won't work out well for them. I've already been cut off there twice. I didn't say anything the first time. This time I contacted them through email and they said they don't monitor it. I guess it'll take having to shut down because of a road rage accident/incident for them to realize it's not a good idea. read more

You need to install speed humps there or it will happen again! I have just purchased a new jaguar and ran it through the wash here. Immediately I noticed the wash is going really fast. and at the very end it literally launched my car into a wall that's very close upfront at the end of the wash. I got some small damages that I told them I will will take care most of them all I asked is to fix one small part of paint upfront that will be like around 300 dollar job. and they completely refused, although they admitted its obviously their fault. it's completwly not fair to me. I am taking them to small claims court. I wish I didn't have to do this. read more

Well, just read some of the other reviews here & I just wanted to support them. ONE star is the most, I would give them. I sent Wash N' Go an email last Thurs. telling them my issues with there service & they still have not responded. I am a Day One unlimited wash customer of Wash N' Go & they cannot bother to respond to my problems. I think it's time for me to cancel out their monthly charges & Quit them. I've only used the Medford store. There, the price is better than Yellow Submarine or Crater Car Wash when you purchase the multi/economy card. But I'm almost ready to pay more at the other places because I deeply dislike the towels here. They are tiny and they are dry and they are rough and they are not absorbent. So they are hard to grip and take longer to dry an automobile. Washing my cars as much as I do, this is a big deal. So in spite of the lower price, very friendly staff and good vacuums, I'm not sure I'll continue to drive the extra distance to this south Medford location. read more

The Young Gentleman working, were very professional and informative! The car wash was very clean and reasonable priced.

We just went to the new one on Hiway 99 and used our Free Wash. Great wash! And free vacuums, towels and window cleaner. The whole experience is a visual feast with the multicolored cleaning products. read more

I've had an unlimited wash package since they started offering them. Today I drove to the Central Point location and there was a closed sign blocking the entrance. It has their hours of operation it. This was today, Tuesday, at 4:00 pm. They obviously should have been open. I called and got a phone tree. They have NEVER answered the phone anytime I've ever called. I pushed 3 for the Manager. Got his vm. He said his work hours and my call was during those hours. It's 5:25 pm, no call back. I called their Medford and White City locations to see if they knew why the CP location was closed. No answer. Same thing, Manager's voicemails. They recently raised the cost of my package from $19.99/month to $23.99/month. I'm pretty irritated that I pay for unlimited washes and couldn't get my car washed. Not to mention the gas I wasted driving there. Not cool at today's gas prices. So they increased their prices and this is the customer service they give? I've been considering changing to Crater Car Wash. their same level package is $20/month. I'm thinking it's time to make the change. NOT a happy customer. read more

Love this place. Cleans my suv really good, I was surprised. Already been back twice and service is always friendly, quick and good. Vacuums are free, towels are clean. They even have window spray cleaner. read more
