She took time before to talk about where I'm holding stress and we discussed some of the stresses I was going through at the time. This paired with the massage helped me let go of those stresses and helped my body recover from the stress I had been holding in my muscles. I felt so much better after the massage and also started sleeping better after. The class I was part of was about manifesting what you want in life. We teach discipline, focus, goal setting, perseverance, respect, time management, etc. through fitness, dance, yoga, music, and the performing arts. The participants learn how to grow past their limits and establish habits that will serve them in their education, career, and personal relationships. They learn both academically and viscerally what it takes to make impossible things possible. We run long term programs that last anywhere from one month to three months to year round. We also teach short term master classes and workshops with an understanding that you must develop discipline and focus beyond the workshop over the course of months. All of our programs are conducted by certified Promethean Spark Life Coaches.
