I tend to like German baked goods. They're are certainly different than the American palette's goods. The preztel breads and crackers are amongst some of my favorites of all time. Wasa makes a series of flatbreads; rye, sourdough, whole grain...I tried the sesame ones and they have a great texture but they're also kind of bland. I needed a triple cream brie to give it flavor. I guess if you use it on a salad for croutons or something else as a delivery agent for tastes it's ok otherwise, it's just texture. Perhaps I need to stick with rye next time read more
