They gave us the widest variety of options, clearly delineated what each package included and why. The four options ranged from the lowest price of the three vendors to well above. We chose one of the mid-level options. Installation was scheduled very quickly, within the week. The installers worked all day on the project, running into a couple of significant obstacles but got them handled. There were a few code issues they had to address, considering it was 30+ years ago when last installed. The work was very clean and tidy, as were the areas they had to work, once completed. A very professional looking installation, and a super job by the install crew. We have had some configuration issues dealing with the smart thermostat. They have been out twice since install to address the issues without complaint. Very quick to respond when I contacted them.
