I was very shocked at the lack of concern there was when I called this business to express a concern with how the driver was driving and almost ran me off the road. As I was merging into the highway, I noticed the truck behind me, seemingly still speeding like it was racing the truck next to it. I was so afraid because this truck was getting really close to mt bumper that I had to pull to the side before I got hit. As I called the business advertised on the side of the truck, I wasn't even upset, more less wanting to explain what happened. I was polite. The gentleman I spoke to talked to me in a very belittling manner and was saying various things as to why it was my fault. He kept cutting me off and was very condescending. Very unfortunate the lack of concern for the safety of other drivers on the road. I had my little kids in my car and it's so scary to think of what could have happened but since this business feels that it's my fault and they're perfect so there's nothing they could work on, I'll just do my best to stay far away from Warren Transport trucks. Whether or not I was in the wrong, he didn't need to be disrespectful. read more
