I like the Chicken shawarma Fattoush Salad from here. I typically add feta & banana peppers when i get home. I been here 3 times for takeout. I love the pita bread they make! I have my mom & my partner eating here now too. The staff is always nice & polite. I used the bathroom inside once & they are clean! I don't dine in to pay attention to much else; but i will be back.

my baked chicken plate was so beautifully made. They were so welcoming and patient with the food

It's a self-service spot. Order at the counter and take your carry out food to the table. The staffer that took our order is patient and friendly and super accommodating. We ordered a large Warren salad, chicken kafta dinner, medium spicy with hummus side instead of fries or rice, chicken lemon rice soup and it comes with a 4 ounce garlic sauce, a chicken gallaba dinner, extra hot, side of hummus, lentil soup too. We pick up our to go order bags and take it to a seat. Glad I called ahead and mentally readied myself for a cafeteria style meal for tonight. The chicken kafta dinner is on special for $13.99. It's quite chilly in the dining area. Food takes a bit to make, do be patient, it's made to order. The portions here are bountiful. We received quart sizes of the lentil and the lemon chicken rice soup. The chicken gallaba and the chicken kafta as well as the hummus are nice and spicy. The chicken gallaba is decent, sauce isn't bad. The chicken kafta is spicy, flavorful, but a bit dry, the meat that is. The Warren salad is good, fresh and the dressing is yummy. The 3 pita pockets were warm, but flat and rather dense. The hummus is good. The bugs in the dining area are relentless pests, wouldn't leave us alone our whole meal. The staff are all super friendly. The food was all good, great portions and tasty. The chicken kafta was a bit overcooked, but still tasty.

The debone chicken dinner is the way to go. I usually order the whole chicken. It's actually flattened chicken breast. It comes with plenty of rice/fries and some grilled veggies. The hummus it pretty decent. The best item on their menu is the fresh bread if I could have it for a blanket I would. It's made fresh so it's always warm and pillow soft when you get it.

Grape leaves rice a little over cooked but tasty other than that

The chicken was VERY flavorful juicy NOT DRY AND NOT BURNT I will definitely be returning very soon and portions are nice

We ordered chicken shawarma sandwich, chicken ghallaba(made it spicy), mango lassi, and their castle smoothie. They gave me a tone of chicken in my ghallaba. I do think I've had better hommous and garlic sauce and bread because I've had it fresh at a sit down restaurant. But the meals were good enough to come back to. Presentation was beautiful. We recommend it and will be going back. The guy in the front was patient with us and another was kind and gave us our food. It's very clean in there and you can tell they care about this business. Please go try for yourself. Don't be discouraged by the reviews on yelp. Looks like this place made some improvements!

Which is kind of funny to say considering Middle Eats really isn't the greatest at it either. What they need to do: Hire someone to fix your menu if you need help. It's maybe the single ugliest and least useful/detailed menu I've ever seen. Like I honestly have never in my life seen such a complete lack of understanding for graphic design. 0 consistency. No care at all for kerning. Formatting just completely all over the place. 5-6 different kinds of fonts? Just skipping an image on a single main menu item for some reason. If I seen this shit before ordering online I'm dead serious I would have just walked right out. You're better off just sticking to the chalkboard on the right. Brackets and parentheses for no good or logical reason whatsoever. Text just stretched to any random sizing. I got to my car and made tears from laughing at it. It is THAT bad. Take appetizing pictures of your food. This might reflect back on the menu for a second, but it's 100% centered around meat options and literally nothing else. No one is just ordering meat and rice. That's an appetizing thought for children. Your meatball bowl picture literally just shows a handful of meatballs sitting on rice. Come on now, really? Get some pictures with some ingredients. When literally anything anyone orders comes out it looks better than the shit you're trying to sell it as. It makes no sense. I love that all the additional toppings are as cheap as they should be, but you've got to at least create some bowl variations (again, something Middle Eats isn't even good at, but they've got the basics handled). Call them clever things. Don't go too overboard and turn what should be 5 things into 30 things. Just use the creations as a way to showcase variations. The in-store menu doesn't even disclose the other toppings and ingredients for some reason. People can always choose to omit or substitute the stuff they don't like. The image you have going is that you just sell plain ass meat on top of rice. This place is actually pretty damn good and has a whole lot of potential. My advice to them is to go to Middle Eats. It's almost the same business model. They're killing it. In all honestly I don't think the way they do things is all the perfectly optimized and yet they're 1000 miles ahead of where you guys are. Go and take notes. I really think you could be doing what they're doing but even better. Shit, if you have any change ideas or a new menu to review send it my way and I'll help you guys out a bit for free. Admittedly I'm kind of an expert when it comes to this stuff. Edit: Just a fun note to mention. My friend actually walked out after seeing the menu lol.
