Some staff are…read moreextremely helpful and genuinely enjoy helping you out; whereas others always appear bored and as if they cannot wait for the day to end. I have been waiting to be served whilst a couple of staff 'gossip' behind the counter ignoring customers. After sales service is fantastic and the warranty is definitely worth taking up on expensive products as a free repair or replacement will be given. I have only ever had a couple of problems with this shop regarding the quality of products, but this would not put me off going back to them in the future.
