If you like farmer's markets, this is one I can recommend. It's one of the biggest in the country, and very crowded, especially when the sun is shining.
On such nice days, I can also recommend walking into town to grab a beer, unless of course you need to drive ;-)
The Parking is right under the market, when you drive into Enschede from the east on the Gronausestraat (as many, many Germans do every weekend) you just stay on that road and it basically ends at the entrance to the parking structure.
You get up the stairs/elevator, and you're in the middle of the market place. It's perfect!
Coming from the west, it's not quite as simple, but still not that hard either.
If you don't speak dutch, don't worry. The sellers all speak German because they're their best customers, and most people speak english as well. On a sunny saturday, good place to go! read more
