I hereby attest that the reviews are 100% accurate and he is indeed a very competent international tax attorney. I am a South African citizen who recently became a US citizen. I am an Electrical engineer by profession with little or no understanding of Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) and FBARs. I, in error or lack of information thereof, failed to file FBAR and report foreign accounts in previous years. My predicament was brought to my attention when I received a W-9 form from my South African bank, asking for a declaration of my tax residency. I contacted Sherayzen law office for help. Emails were barely answered, and I was left in the dark most of the time. To make matters worse, I was charged $10,000 for just one court appearance--with no clear explanation or justification. It's incredibly disheartening to feel like you've invested so much money and hope, only to be met with silence and poor results. I genuinely wish there were more accountability when a case is lost, especially at this cost. I wouldn't recommend this firm to anyone--not even my worst enemy
