This is a review of this location specifically-not the overall Warby Parker brand. This was by far the easiest eye doctor appointment I have ever had. Easy to book and in and out quickly. Staff is super friendly. Not overly *professional* (meaning not dry and non-personable) just nice people who are willing to just talk while you wait. Live the option to take a photo of your eyes rather than dilate (very cool and much easier for sensitive eyes) though it is an additional charge. Doctor and staff both listened to my concerns and I had no issues. I will say I have been wearing WP glasses exclusively for 12+ years but this was my first eye exam with them and it was excellent. However ordering with the brand has gotten more and more problematic. The past two ordered have had many many issues including arriving with the wrong prescription strength and arriving 2 weeks late. I've been to better Warby Parker locations and unfortunately this one did not make the cut. Upon walking in I wasn't greeted by any staff, as they were all chatting amongst themselves. Other visitors had to flag down to get any assistance. I was in there for about 10 minutes, before I walked in over to one employee to ask for assistance. She was as helpful as she could be but what wasn't a so great experience was when she had to ask her coworkers for help. They didn't even bother to acknowledge me and refused to look at me. The whole time instead of letting me know directly they would tell her "tell her to do this, and do that" but I was directly in front of them and trying to make eye contact with them to let them know I was right there. At the end they couldn't help me and I ended up calling the support phone number online and got my questions answered quickly and was treated with more respect. It was not a very good experience and overall I left feeling pretty upset. I would rather spend my time going to another location with employees willing to treat everyone with respect. read more

I had an outstanding experience at the Warby Parker Perimeter location. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed. They were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helped me narrow down the perfect pair of frames without any pressure. The store itself is bright, clean, and well-organized, making it easy to browse and try on different styles. I left feeling confident and excited about my new frames. This was the first ever Warby Parker location I went to. It is also where I first purchased my glasses, and of course take the eye exam. It's not as big of a store as Ponce City Market or Westside but I appreciate its easy access to the outdoor parking lot. I've also never had trouble finding spots near that mall entrance, all it takes is a little patience. When I came in for the eye exam the optometrist was really nice and I was super comfortable the whole time. I enjoyed trying on the different frames. Warby Parker glasses aren't super fancy but they are definitely affordable. When I took a marketing class at Emory in Spring 2022, my professor used Warby Parker as an example of a successful brand in a "boring" product category. I was surprised to discover that about 1/3 of my classmates were wearing their own Warby's at that moment. My only complaint is that because of it being at busy Perimeter mall, the wait time here is the longest I've encountered between the 3 locations I reviewed. I believe one time I had to reserve a spot and then window shop in the mall until I was called back. So that can create a challenge when I was just planning to do a quick errand stop. read more

After my visit to Macy's, I saw the blue WP sign which was right on time. I've been wanting to get my glasses adjusted & was able to get it done in a few minutes after walking in. The Op Techs themselves were actually on the floor assisting customers, which I think is a proactive idea. Unless all employees are Techs then nothing special perse. For headcount & wait purposes, I gave my phone number to the Tech while she adjusted my glasses & got a text when she was "finished". A good process to navigate waiting times. Although there is an internal Exam Room, you still have to make an appointment. You can do so in-store or via their website that leads to an independent doctor - myvisiondirectory.com - Bridges Optometry LLC. I treated myself to a new eyewear holder that has two separate, padded compartments. It's pretty cool & convenient as now there's no need to carry two cases at once. First time coming tk Warby Parker. Always wanted to come but since they are out of.network , I didn't bother since they don't take insurance for eye exams. I finally got an FSA so off I went. So many choices to choose from. I had some picked out from online but as I looked around, I saw more and the sale guy was very helpful and personable. I opted for the other X-ray (can't think of the name) that looks at your eye health, digital I think. The lady who did that was wonderful and the process was quick. I waited for the Dr. Who was also very nice and was told I would need a pair for reading and a pair for distance. I intended to get two pair anyway because there's a special. Anyway, a good time was had and was told that my glasses would take 7-10 days. Now I was out of town and got an email 5 days later that my glasses weee delivered. When they arrived, they came in a nice hard case in a box which was great because that saves me money on getting of their nice looking cases in store. So glad I made the right choice in choosing Warby. read more

I came here on Sunday to get glasses and I'm still dealing with this four days later. I got horrible customer service in the store. I never received any sort of communication from them, so I finally chatted online with someone who informed me that they had failed to call my doctor to get the prescription, which they told me they would do on Sunday. The associate was so rude and clearly lied to me. I'm very disappointed with this. The order cost $50 extra for blue light, so these glasses were $150. read more

I've ordered WP glasses many times. I took in my prescription and was told 5-10 business days. I received a confirmation email immediately. After two weeks I rechecked my confirmation. Today I called and the nice person on the phone told me she had taken a " hold " off my order and now my 5-10 business day restarted. Had I not called, she admitted, my order would not have been filled. They have taken $20 off my $295 glasses. (I asked what the hold was for and she said "you're changing your prescription, right?" Yes. This is the point of a new prescription.) Warby usually emails frequently to update your status. If they don't, there is an issue. read more

No, no, no, go fat away. They're there to sell frames, the lenses are made in Sloatsburg NY state, and are sent to your home, but unfortunately they are often wrong, I received them, but I couldn't see anything, so I went to the store saying "look, I cannot see anything, Please change them with the correct prescriptions". He was very gentle and he asked me "so, what's the problem?" and I answered very gently: I cannot see ANYTHING, because my vision with these lenses is completely blurred, highly blurred, I can see far better with my old glasses, The guy controlled the lenses with the order and said "You are right, these are not the lenses we ordered" Someone went to talk to the "optometrist", not to be confused with a MD ophthalmologist, whose answer was: "anyway she must undergo a cataract surgery" that is not completely correct. Hey, in the meanwhile I have to see, and it has nothing to do with wrong glasses. Anyway they ordered new lenses, I had to spend other $150 because the lenses I asked for were black, to drive in sunny days, Yesterday the new glasses arrived and they are exactly the same, actually worse. Today I will go to the Perimeter Mall to Warby Parker and I will give them their ridiculous useless glasses, and I will probably tell them to give them to a homeless. Fortunately next week I already have an appointment in NYC Please, you all stay far away from this place, I'm positive. P.s.: I gave one star because it is impossible to give a zero star. read more

Very weird encounter here. When I asked the technician if the glasses were nickel free she went on a rant saying that the company claims they are but she can't say for sure because the company lied about the frames being made in China and now she can't trust anything they say. When I questioned if anyone has ever returned them with an allergic reaction she said "no, but that doesn't mean the company isn't lying". I was totally confused and left I thought buying anything. read more

On my first visit to Warby Parker, I was extremely surprised at the patience, helpfulness, knowledge and work ethic demonstrated by each and every one of the associates at Warby Parker! The first sales person who asked if I needed help worked with me for at least 1-1/2 hours, as I needed to make decisions about the right frames and types of lenses for 3 different eye glasses: 1 for close reading, 1 for distance vision, and 1 pair of sunglasses for distance vision for outside activities or driving. The amount of time and suberb quality of attention I received is something that I have never experienced before! I have heard the Warby Parker ads which mention the dislike that people have for certain conditions that exist in standard optical facilities and how they decided to make sure that their stores would NEVER be like those others. You know, as a very satisfied customer every time I have had any contact with Warby Parker, everything they have said about being better than the others is absolutely true! read more

Recently moved to Atlanta from out of state. Needed to get new glasses and got excited when I stumbled across Warby Parker in Perimeter Mall. I thought "this is it finally found a place to get glasses". It was a disaster from beginning to end. The store sales person processed my purchase and forgot to put the number on my street address. Long story short never got the glasses and who mails a package to an address with no number on it? take the initiative to call and verify.
