This travel company booked a car at Easirent rental car company and they do not answer their phone…read moreat all. I called enjoy to confirm my reservation since I could not get through and they are never open or do not answer their phone either. When I finally got a hold of them they said they had nothing to do with the company yet charged me money for the booking and said I only had to pay a certain amount at the desk in Dallas. And they could not confirm but resent me a confirmation number via email. I complained and got no response. The Dallas rental company Easirent charged me more than what I was told and said it did not matter if I did business with Enjoy that is not what I was expected to pay which was $50 more. They stunk as a car rental place see review. They did not acknowledge the Enjoy rental agreement which I brought. They would not even look at it. DON'T USE ENJOY OR EASIREN EVER!! THEY BOTH ARE THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD EXCEPT FOR BUDGET.
