It was my first ever experience bailing someone out so my first choice gave me the run down upon the process to make it all happen and told me he'd meet me at the station so I arrived at 11 AM but got stuck waiting there with hourly notifications stating that his agent was within the area till 3 PM. Afraid that there was a dead line time I started to call around and no one was answering as it was Sunday. Gave Kerwin a ring, he clarified a few things and said he'd give the station a call to figure out the charges. He called back with the low down really quick and said he'd be there in half an hour and punctually arrived!! Got our friends out of that shithole promptly after enduring cold cup noodles and a questionable water source. Kerwin the owner of Wanna Get Out Bail Bonds is amazing!! The first time my son was arrested, he explained to me all the legal and court procedures, I didn't even know what bail meant. Kerwin at that time mentioned that he believes in bail then treatment. I kept those words to heart. Because my son had a clean record, Kerwin so knowledgeable in this field advised me that my son will probably be released on supervised release. The court did grant my son supervised release with curfew and mandatory drug treatment. On supervised release, my sin broke curfew and the night before he was due to go treatment, he fled to the streets. The court put a warrant for his arrest, 2 weeks later he was arrested for his warrant. My son was in OCCC for over a month, in the meanwhile the lawyer and I was trying to get him into residential treatment, with no luck. I then remembered Kerwin (WANNA GET OUT BAIL BONDS), explained my son's case and today my son was bailed and two hours after leaving OCCC, my son is NOW in residential treatment. Kerwin was amazing always encouraging my son...he helped me get my son out on several occasions but like the other review my son was not ready to be a responsible adult and so he's back in jail. Kerwin keeps encouraging him and myself. He tells me my son is still young and he just needs to find his way. The support and encouragement that I received from my kerwin and my son's public defender is amazing. I can only speak to what has happened to me, and like other review he did tell my son that he can discharge the bond at any time and he will be back in jail as a way of trying to scare my son straight. This is by most the crappiest bail bonds my family has gone to. The owner is so disrespectful to his clients. He makes agreements and does not follow threw with them.
