A sloppy petition where I was identified as a female, defendants submitted forged documents Mr. Childress wouldn't supress or bring to the Judge Attention, all for the Tulsa District Court to file a motion to dismiss the case for lack of anything being done in over a year! I emailed Ryan from May 2023 to November 2023 asking for mediation or trial date set. Ryan excuse was I haven't heard from the imposing counsel they, owe me a phone call. My case is now being DISMISSED by Tulsa District Court because NO ACTIONS or MOTIONS have been filed in over a year!!! Now Mr.Childress is trying to charge me for his motion to withdraw after I fired his sorry butt! VERY VERY DISGUSTED!!!
