Hands down one of the best doctors you will come across. Blessed to have Dr. T as our primary care doctor!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the WORST doctor you could possibly visit in Huntsville…read more Please save your time, money and mental strain by not visiting this facility. The doctor is in a huge hurry (to get to the rest of the EMPTY office?) and will only spend about 4 minutes in the examination room with you. Barely ask what your symptoms are and then slap some prescriptions on you. But here's the best part....THEY DONT EVEN SEND YOUR PRESCRIPTION TO YOUR PHARMACY. This place should be shut down. They're running a scam business here. If you need medical care or any medication PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Now the roads are frozen and I am without my necessary medication because this "doctors office" refuses to do their job. Also, I paid for my visit with cash. The visit was $89 and I paid with a $100 bill. They tried to not give me my change and said they didn't have any change. Receptionist thought she deserved a tip from me I guess? This place is RANCID with foul practices. GO. SOMEWHERE. ELSE.

Back in February I called and asked if they accepted my insurance carrier. They told me yes over…read morethe phone, so I made an appointment. They accepted my insurance card and charged me my regular copay. I was seen, received a prescription, and thought that was the end of it. Recently I received a bill in the mail claiming I owed them for the office visit. Thinking this was clearly a billing error, I gave them a call. I explained that they accepted my insurance and charged the copay, so I shouldn't owe anything else. The response I received was extremely rude, she repeatedly told me that I owed them money and never directly answered why I was charged a copay and why I was told my insurance was accepted if that was not true. I later called my insurance only to find out that they are "out of network", and they did NOT accept my insurance. This office does a bait and switch where they will tell you they accept your insurance, charge you the copay, then send you a surprise bill in the mail months later for the FULL price of the office visit, because they DO NOT take your insurance! So don't go here unless you're expecting to pay FULL PRICE for an office visit!
