Note that if you are going to serve alcohol the security deposit will be increased in case you get all wild and crazy! It was our son's first birthday, so there were several children and it would take longer to wrap everything up. We decided to give them one more chance and we rented this space for a friend's baby shower. Upon arrival the room was open We had access to the kitchen and no one bothered us the entire time. All the tables were set up and and everything was clean and laid out. I would definitely rent with them again.

Estimating, I'd say there's only parking for maybe 70-80 cars (don't quote me on that), before you have to resort to the street. Less known is a lot that's not adjacent, but to the north west of where the main building is (accessible from E. Lake Mary Avenue). If you're expecting a crowd, be sure that everyone is aware of that little lot that holds another 20 cars.
