The person I talked to was pretty rude and then told me a delivery person was loading the order then. Nobody ever showed up. After.an hour I called the help line on the app and was told a delivery person was coming and should be there by 9:20pm. Nobody showed up. I ended up having to cancel the order. Thanks for the no groceries that I needed to make dinner and for tomorrow. If I hadn't been waiting all afternoon for a delivery I could have just gone to the store myself. read more

The store was not very well stocked at all I couldn't find anything on the shelves I saw something I wanted on clearance so I put it in my buggy and I buy the Shampoo to it also so when I went to the self checkout it rang up 10 dollars but I told the employee that the conditioner rang up 2.49 she didn't want to give it to me For the same Price as the shampoo I will not visit this Walmart location again very hateful employees read more

This store is never fully stocked. have no meat on shelves and when you call in to do an instacart order there is no one to deliver or you have to wait hours for your food delivery, they consider this a advertise this store as a supercenter Walmart but never have any inventory, you can't even order online for delivery to pick up in the store it's not available because there's no inventory how could this be or advertise as a supercenter Walmart when there is no inventory!!!!!!!! and no people to service you, swainsboro has got to do better with this Walmart or close it down, too many people reside in this city to only have to depend on ONE Walmart with no inventory or no groceries in the city, this is not a supercenter store and barely a grocery store, please provide more services more groceries in more ways to order and get deliveries from this Walmart to the people in this city, if it's going to be open and be the only Walmart in the city to serve the people please do better read more

Walmart in Swainsboro Ga has rude employees. We went there to have a propane tank exchanged paid for it and was told to wait outside for an associate. We waited over 30 mins and no one ever came. Called and spoke to several workers and was told they'd send someone. We finally got our money back coming in we told the greeters and they said not there problem to just get our money back. Walmart needs to check there workers cause if was an elderly person and they passed out in heat waiting on their workers could be sued. read more

Visited here in June, 2017. The store was tidy and the employees were very friendly. They sell everything from ATVs to groceries. Typical store, but easy to shop. read more
